"Yates & Co. Jewelers" is the place to sell your unwanted jewelry! The staff there makes you feel welcomed as soon as you walk thru their door. They arent cold & quick to get rid of you like the other jewelry stores Ive been to in the past. "Yates & Co. Jewelers" makes you feel like theyre glad that you came in & want to know how it is that they can assist you. When I said that I had jewelry to sell Scott approached the counter smiling & introduced his self & politely asked if he could see the jewelry i was wanting to sell. It was then that I knew that Id come to the right place! Scott was very courteous as he was professional. He pulled out his "loop" & began to tell me what he saw. When I wasnt clear on what he meant he was quick to explain & answer any other questions that I had. As soon as he took my jewelry to the back so that he could weigh them & make me an offer, he was back w/ an offer that I couldnt refuse! He then asked me for my I.D. so that he could go write me out a check & before I knew it, he was back asking for my thumb print & signature so that we could close the deal! Then as Scott was handing me my check (still smiling) he thanked me & said that they had a bank across the street, "Oak Valley Community Bank" where I could go to cash the check if I wanted. I think my jaw dropped just then because I had received a very fair offer on my valuables from an amazing staff of people that were prompt, professional & so very courteous to assist me! I didnt think it could get any better than that . . . but it did . . . those nice people at "Oak Valley Community Bank" didnt charge me one cent to cash my check from "Yates & Co. Jewelers"! I look forward to doing business w/ them again soon!

Ill start by saying, I NEVER give reviews, because I feel like Im usually satisfied with purchases, but dont feel like singing from the top of a mountain. But my experience with Titanium Jewelry/Yates & Co Jewelers has been more than mountain-shouting worthy. I sincerely appreciate the time and attention given to me as a customer. First, the ring I ordered is absolutely beautiful and unique-I love that my fiance loves it, and the titanium band wont bend or disfigure when he wears it daily on the job. Second, customer service here is outstanding. Working in CS for my entire career, I know that reps really have the opportunity to turn tough situations into wonderful experiences. I believe Yates & Co. really strives to do so. 1. I input an incorrect shipping address for the ring...not an issue, easily updated via email with follow-up from the company. 2. Since I had moved, my credit card billing address was not updated yet. They followed up to make sure that my order processed okay and that they had the correct information on their end. 3. I couldnt figure out where to put my discount code-this upset me, because our budget was tight. I spoke with Amanda on the phone who was so very friendly, helpful, and reassuring. She was able to apply code by working with the orders team. I am very pleased with our order, their great customer service, and I look forward to doing business with them sometime in the future! I thoroughly appreciate a company that has a wonderful physical presence AND online presence. P.S. props to your website designer, media coordinator-the website is so easily navigated.

My experience with Yates & Co. Jewelers was fantastic. I will start by saying that I am a moderately difficult customer to please, and an extremely difficult customer to impress. After all was said and done, I can say that I was truly impressed and incredibly happy with my experience at Yates. I wanted a very particular custom ring made. I am not at all versed in jewelry, but I do know quality products and design when I see and hold them. I had visited multiple jewelers (in the area, and in the bay area), and was displeased with the customer service, flippant treatment and lack of support I came across in all of the stores I had visited up until visiting Yates. All of this changed when I began working with Scott at Yates. He helped take my rough, poorly drawn sketch, and turned it into an incredibly unique and stunning wedding ring. He also dealt with my many revisions to the design (MANY revisions!) quickly and efficiently. I am significantly impressed by the service and the quality of the product in which I received! If product quality and customer service are important to you, then I can not recommend Yates highly enough!

Always enjoy going here. When my husband and I got engaged I told him the only place he was allowed to purchase our wedding rings was at Yates. When he ordered the wrong size Titanium wedding band for himself, they exchanged it at no extra charge. Why is this a big deal? These rings can not be re-sized once they are made. Another reason I enjoy shopping at this store, they have unique items. Yes they do have some standard pieces, like diamond studs. However, they had a necklace, that if I could have afforded it I would have bought it. It was a piece of turquoise inside a pearl. Parts of the pearl were cut away so you could see the turquoise. It was beautiful. I havent seen anything like it anywhere else. Needless to say I dont shop the cookie cutter jewelry stores that offer inferior jewelry for "financing". I shop Yates and only Yates.

I found Yates & Co. on Etsy while searching through hundreds of vintage rings. Their product pictures are some of the best macro photography I have ever seen, allowing you to see exactly what you are getting, even better than you can see with your own eyes in normal lighting. This allowed me to make a better decision without seeing the ring in person. I worked with Ron as I made my decisions, and he was extremely helpful and insanely punctual in replying to my questions. He showed a true interest in ensuring I found what I was looking for, not just what he could sell me on. He responded to all of my specific needs (paying in installments, incognito packaging, etc.) and even followed up with me after the purchase to ensure I was satisfied. Yates & Co will definitely be our first stop for our next jewelry purchase.

I have visited Yates and Co. a few times, and each time I leave absolutely satisfied. When I first found Yates, I was searching for a reputable jeweler who could replace a lost diamond in my fiances antique ring. This ring was a very special piece that her grandma had given to her. I knew I had found the place I was looking for when I called to see if they could help. I spoke to Danielle, and she assured me that the ring would be cared for and beautiful when it was all done. And it certainly was. I have yet to purchase a piece of jewelry, but I have gone here for repairs. Each time my jewelry is done perfectly, and my fiancé is always ecstatic. Many many thanks to Danielle for always being exceptionally helpful. Yates and Co. have definitely found themselves another "Diamond" and a longtime customer as well.
