Its been exactly a month ago since i signed for my car.( Kinda wanted to wait until everything checked out before i put in my 2 cents) This isnt so much for Mo Auto sales as it is for Tim, the salesman.(not sure last name) He may also be the guy that runs it right now..Im not sure. Anyway, I rely heavily on reviews when Im making purchases and figured this may help the next guy. So...As far as Tim goes, I cant say enough good things about him. Dudes awesome. Hell be the guy i deal with for life. I had contacted him first by phone and inquired about a car. He took my information and I told him the car i was looking at. He said hed call me in a day or two when we where ready to sign. I was pretty amazed at that and halfway didnt believe him.. I mean my credit score was low low low.. even told him that, but he said hed take care of it. I had actually given up hope when I didnt hear from him by noon the second day. ( Was a low credit over- the- phone application..figured he didnt think i was serious) Well late that day he calls and says " Hey man are u available to come up here to do the paperwork"... i couldnt believe it...I was absolutley shocked... and a little leary to be honest. I mean, I had one other place finance me outta the 15 I contacted but they said i had to buy a certain car and it had to be practically brand new. Tim on the other hand is tellin me" no problem" Well i went to meet him that evening and was still very leary and kinda questioning everything. Both of us werent too excitable and our whole meeting seemed like the two of us were trying to size each other up. Him trying to see if i was serious and me tryin to figure out what kinda person he was..lol. He was great tho, very polite and calm, not all in-your-face like most salesmen. He answered all my questions, went over loan terms with me and gave me as much info and detail about the car as he knew. But here is when my trust shot up with him and one of the reasons that ill be his customer for life. When I told him I wanted a night to sleep on it and think about it, he did the unthinkable... He let me walk out the door! He had approved loan papers in hand and let me go.. Didnt fight me over it, he didnt try talking me into signing, he got no down payment and no commitment from me... Nothing! Ive been in sales years ago, thats a big no-no.You dont let a customer leave without some kind of commitment whether it be cash or a signature. Basically this guy cared more for my situation then the companys or his own. Not to mention that its 7:30 and they close at 6. He stayed open on his personal time so I could get off work and get there...just to get a" maybe". The other reason hell be my dealer is the fact that everything he told me was the truth. From the time i called that day until today. He got me the car I wanted, he got me the loan I needed, and because of that and everything else, hes got my business.. for life. Thanks Tim!

The salesman, Jimmy, told my brother who he knew was driving up from Chattanooga, TN, 6 hours away that a car my brother saw online was in good condition and no rust. They got there and the car was in the back of the lot with a flat tire, faded paint, cat prints all over it, and rusted out. Basically didnt look anything like the pics online and the salesman lied about the condition of the car. The salesman also acted like he didnt know what my brother was talking about even though they spoke several times. I wouldnt trust anything these people said and I would definitely go elsewhere to buy a car. I believe all of the negative posts below are true and the five stars are fabricated. Just my .02 cents. Dont get screwed by these people. In response to Jimmys five star review below. Like I said before, I guess thats how you operate to offset the negative reviews? Im sorry that he had to be so specific as to whether or not the car was rusted out. A piece of it broke off in his hand when he reached under the fender well. Anyone who knows anything about a car knows to look at the under carriage for rust damage. And if I know a Customer is on their way to look at a car Im probably going to do my best to make it presentable when they arrive. Maybe air up the tires at the very least...

MO AUTO SALES IS THE WORST MONEY SCAM THERE IS. They sale cars that have all different types of issues. The guy stole 200$ from me because I didnt want to buy the car no more because of major issues and i have already put down the money and he talking about the fee is non refundable because I chose not to get the car. Then when I tell him Ima take it up with my bank because I used my debit card and lawyer he say he gone open a car loan in my name anyway! He is terrible this car place is terrible. They are liars and kind artist. Yes what he say may get you in for a car but in the end it will screw your over DO NOT GO THERE! Give me back my money.

I have had a car from them for about 2 months now and had problems already. Within the first couple weeks I had problems where my car wouldnt start. I dropped it back off to them and they "fixed" the problem saying it was my cables. Where here I am again about a month later and my car wont start again. This time my battery light came on. Although I do have to say they do a good job getting you the car you want but its not worth having to go threw the car problems every month. The bad part is I recommended someone to go there for a car I just hope hope they dont have the same problems Im going through.

Mo auto sales is a terrible place to purchase your car. They sold me a car that had less than half a tank of gas and when I got home (Dayton area) my car had multiple problems (abs module, brakes, busted speaker) I asked if they could help me with repairs because I had only had car for 2 days and Mr Mo gave me the complete run around. I couldnt get it fixed with my warranty because they turned my warranty in 2 days late.
