My fiance and I had been looking to purchase a car for weeks and had been met with extremely rude customer service and difficulty obtaining financing. We saw one of Jake Sweeneys commericals and decided to check it out. From the moment that I heard our saleperson, Bill Martins, voice, I knew that this would be a completely different experience than wed had when trying to shop with other dealers. Bills southern hospitality felt like a warm embrace after the dissatifactory customer service that we had been experiencing. Bill worked hard (even working on his off day) to get us approved for the financing that we needed and the exact vehicle that we wanted -- we purchased a Lexus SUV, so with Bills efforts, we didnt have to settle for less. Working with Bill at Jake Sweeneys was as easy as pie. We walked in to a big smile and a warm welcome, took the car for a test drive and we instantly knew that it was the perfect car for us -- it was in prestine condition and the used car inspection only confirmed that. We returned, completed the paperwork and were out the door in our new ride!! My fiancee and I would like to congratulate Jake Sweeney for having such an outstanding salesperson on their team. Bill is the type of person that doesnt have to even try hard to make a sale, his warm personality and uplifting spirit does it for him! Because of his commitment to excellence, our expectations were more than exceeded and we have since recommended that several of our close family and friends strongly consider working with Bill and Jake Sweeney to purchase a vehicle. Big Ups to BILL MARTIN! You deserve a total standing ovation!

I would first like to start off by saying I do not, and I mean DO NOT! recommend ANYONE to this "dealership" they call jake Sweeney smart credit! The customer service sucks and not to mention, the staff really could care LESS about getting you in a car. I experienced the absolute worst bottom of the barrel car salesman named James. Instead of focusing on trying to get me in a vehicle, he tried to be a distraction by calling me his "friend" and telling his personal business to me. He gave me the run around so many times and having me run back and forth to the dealership thinking I would leave with a car. Every time we went to try and get the car I was suppose to leave with. It was "in service" we drove to multiple dealerships to search for the car. I ending up NEVER seeing it and when it came time for it to "come out of service" it supposedly stopped on the road because the transmission went bad!!!! They are LIARS and the car NEVER existed. I was going to put $1000 down on it, James told me the bank approved it with a cosigner, after all I had already been through with them that whole week, my down payment was required to be $2400!!! That was the last straw for me. The information they gave me changed with the weather. WARNING: Jake Sweeney Smart Credit is a SCAM and cannot be trusted. They are all for themselves and will say what ever they have to just to make them appear to be legit and sincere. Its all BULL!!!!

i bought a 2003 bmw 325i, THIS CAR SUCKS!!! Ive spent over $1000 fixing it already and ive only had it for 6 months!!! Ive had to get 4 new tires, my window regulator has gone out, i have a vacuum leak, amd i need a altenator. Thats another $1000 i need to spend! Now i know all cars need repairs but when you spend $13,000 on it, you expect nothing major to go wrong at least for the first 6 months!!!! Im trying to get my car fixed so my mom can drive it before i leave for basic training in the army, its sad that it cant even make it that far. Im only 18 so originally when i bought the car, we were worried about insurances. The guy said he had a friend who works for inusrance and that he could get us a deal. Which he did, the insurance was cheaper than my last car. However after 6 months it randomely went up to around $500!!! Even though i have no speeding tickets, have a 3.0 gpa and going to the military. ...I guess i learned my lesson about getting screwed over early

Business here is garbage. They will accept anyone regardless of your situation as long as you have $5k sitting around and years of employment. Then after your happy you finally found something you can drive... 2 weeks later the bank calls you and says "We decided we are NOT going to finance you." Based upon reviews and talking to other customers. This is frequent and happens to 95% of customers. They keep your down payment and now your without a vehicle. This business has ruined thousands of families and legally they will win due to the Sweeney family having very close connections with all political parties in the Cincinnati area. Dont be fooled, save your money, time and find another company who genuinely will work for you and not screw you over. My wife & I are recent purchasers so we are fully aware of their scheme and illegal activities. Now we are out of $, no vehicle, lost my job over it and have to start all over from scratch. You have been warned!

My experience with Mike Thom was very different from the other reviews, Im pretty sure he wrote those reviews himself, Lord knows he has enough time on his hands. Mike Thom was a complete jerk. We bought a car from this dealership, it had some small mechanical issues and we tried for 3 weeks after purchasing the vehicle to get ahold of our salesman and managers. We finally got ahold of someone who told us even with our powertrain warranty, they couldnt change the timing belt. We had to then had to get ahold of someone else to reaffirm that THE TIMING BELT IS INCLUDED IN A POWER TRAIN WARRANTY and get it fixed. The one and only time we actually saw MIKE THOM was when RUDELY gave me the key to the rental car. MIKE THOM IS A COMPLETE DOUCHE.

Would not recommend this place to anyone got a email saying to come in to lower my interest rate was there for 4 hours the whole time they kept trying to sell me used junk with more milage on them then the car I have now one was a dodge mini van that when I moved it out of the spot it was parked in sounded like the shock was dragging the ground for 18,000$ he said that will be 500 a month for 66 months so I did the math brought it out to 33,000$ so I finally got them to refinance my loan witch was what the email I received said in the first place an he comes out with I need 3000$ down an it will add two years onto your loan long story short unless you like getting screwed an throwing your money away go anywhere besides here

I recommend Jake Sweeney for any type of Used Car. My Salesman was Mike Thom. I have bought a Honda Civic, Nissan 300zx, Plymouth Grand Voyager & Dodge Caravan all off of Mike. He listened to my needs and budget each time. He also has sold my sister and her husband each a vehicle along with helping several other referrals ive sent in. The Manager Tom Wilson also was very helpful and a pleasure to deal with. Whats nice is if you come to this location and they dont have what you need, they drive you a few blocks to the other location where they have probably 1000 more vehicles. Thanks guys. Ill be in soon to pick up something inexpensive for my son. M.Roberts
