My experience with Castrucci has a bit of good and a bit more bad. Salesmen get a bad rap, but Greg was great throughout the process and Finance wasnt quite as pushy as other dealerships. I like it enough that my mother returned to buy a car from them later in the month. I have nothing bad to say about sales, I got a good price and they were fair to work with. Service, on the other, was not a pleasure to work. After my car hit some tire debris, I had it sent to Castrucci because I had liked dealing with them up to that point. This was a Monday, the next morning I received a call from the advisor telling me that he probably couldnt get it in until early the next week. I said that was fine, Id get a rental the rest of the week and then be out of town the following week. As long as it was ready prior to the third week, that would be fine. Well, I go out-of-town for work, figuring that they would have at least started looking at it. Eventually, I call that Thursday afternoon to be told that they hadnt been able to get it in yet, despite the fact that he said it would be looked at Monday or Tuesday. I come home and have to rent another car. I call the next Monday and am told that they still havent gotten it in to even look at it yet. This is a full two weeks after the car arrived, and a another after the time I was told it would at least be looked at. Worst of all, the Service Adviser lied and tried to blame the insurance company, claiming that the adjuster didnt come out until Thursday of the second week. In reality, the adjuster had come out Thursday of the worst week, two hours after I called the insurance company about the claim. The worst part about it all was that it was an easy fix, something had been jarred loose and needed to be put back into place. Im not sure they even had to replace a part, rather than just reattached the loose piece. They finally looked at it on Wednesday and I was able to pick it up Friday afternoon, basically three weeks after I had sent it in. There was minor body damage that Castrucci couldnt fix, but Fuller Ford had it fixed within a day of dropping it off there. Bottom line, I paid $500 for two weeks of rental cars. The first week was expected, but the $250 for the second week was only because Castrucci either lied about when they could get my car in (in which case insurance could have towed it somewhere else), or just didnt care enough to get it in. Buy a car from Greg if they give you a good price, but find another place to service your vehicle.

My husband and I bought a 2014 Ford F150. We had a great experience actually buying the truck. When we bought the truck part of the package/perk was we could choose t.v.s in the head rest, an under coating under the tuck to prevent rust or we could add on this warranty that would cover everything bumper to bumper after our manufacture warranty was up and it would add on to our payment. great right?! I have taken the truck to this said dealership for its services when ever they are due... which is often because we travel a lot. Usually get the works package and when ever there is a recall on anything they would fix it. Well the parking break peddle broke ... it being due for a service anyways I decided to take it in. When I got to the shop there did not seam to be an issue until it came time for discussing how the bill was going to be taken care of. Unbeknownst to us the warranty that we thought was bumper to bumper with no deductible (which is what was promised to us during purchase) turned out to have a $200 deductible.. Sure thats not as bad as it could have been right?! But when you are not getting what you paid for yes absolutely it is a lot of money. So we decided against getting the peddle fixed because it wasnt a big deal and we could get it cheaper some where else... I go in to pick up the truck and they charged me $89.95 for labor on the peddle of which they did not fix. When i called in and inquired about the chargers the person on the phone was rude and told me it was for running a diagnostics test to find out what was wrong with the peddle... of which i already told them. So i got screwed out of almost $100 for labor on something that was not fixed in the first place. When my husband called to and asked to talk to a manager he was told they would look in to it and call him back. He never received a phone call and when he called back someone else told him there was nothing that they could do. Over 2 years of being a good loyal customer for people to be rude and misleading.. When buying a car form here make sure you do your homework! extremely unhappy customers.

I took my Lincoln MKX to have a key programed and to check my brakes. I had a coupon from Lincoln for 179.99 to replace all the brakes and turn the rotors on all 4 wheels (If needed). The service writer said I was close to the time I needed to have the oil changed, I told him just go ahead and change it while it was there. The key bob was perched for someone else (still in the bag from ford with tag} He called me and told me could not program it had been programed to some car all ready and it would cost $244.00 for a new one from there parts dept. Then He told me my front breaks were needing to be replaced and the back ones was good for appx. 6000 more miles and were ok. I asked what the cost would be to just turn the rotors and pads for the front. 90.00 labor to turn rotors and install the new pads that cost 60.00. The total cost would be, I think he said 500.00 or 550.00, I was so dam mad I don’t recall. I asked about the coupon I received from Lincoln to have all 4 rotors and new pads installed for 179.99 and he said that was what it was going to cost me to have new breaks for the front, change oil and new key. You can buy a new key from ford for 108.00 and 40.00 to programed that would be 140.00, 180.00 for breaks 40.00 for oil change. Now when I went to school that adds up to 360.00. The story does not end yet. I told my Son about it and he said he would change my breaks for me. I stopped by KOI in Alexandria and got 4 new rotors and front and back Ceramic brake pads for 200.00. I don’t really like to turn rotors. When my Son removed the front brakes and said these brakes look brand new and the back looked good. My car will never darken their door again, and if I do, someone just shoot me. Took my car to Fuller Ford in Cincinnati, They prodram my key with out any issues and did not charge me. This is where my car will be serviced from now one.

I purchased both a Focus and Fusion from Mike Castrucci Ford in Milford in 2010 and have had them serviced there since then and have nothing but good things to say about both my sales and service experience there. Since I moved to Northern Kentucky, I decided to have my most recent oil changed performed at Mike Castrucci in Alexandria. While the oil was being changed,, the service manager cam to me and informed me that my tire tread was worn down to the point that they "almost" needed to be replaced. He strongly recommended that I go ahead and replace them at that time and just happened to have a print out with some tires that just happened to be on sale. I declined. Interestingly, although the service department was not all that crowded for a Saturday, I heard the service manager give the exact same explanation to two other customers that their tires "almost" needed to be replaced and gave them the same printout of sale tires. Perhaps he was trying to meet a sales quota? I checked my tired afterwards and they definitely are in no way close to being in need of replacing. And now, after less than 2,000 miles since the oil change my indicator light has come on telling me that the oil already needs to be changed. This has NEVER happened before. My driving has not been any different since the oil has changed. All I can guess is that in some way either the oil was not properly changed or inferior oil was used. All I can say is, I will NOT go back to Castrucci in Alexandria. I cannot trust them to be honest or do the work correctly. I will not hesitate to go back to Castrucci in Milford.
