Today my wife and I went into the Fairfield, Ohio dealership in need for a vehicle, expecting the worse, again...as wed been let down and denied on many previous occasions in search of a vehicle, due to our current inability to place a "substantial" down payment on a car, and our less than stellar credit...as Im sure is the story with quite a few prospective car buyers out there. However, let me tell you...Drivetime IS THE TRUTH!!!!! Maurice was our initial contact...he was good-natured, jovial and honest. He took our information in an expedient manner, and assured us everything would be fine. He was right. Twenty minutes later, we were APPROVED! Just like in the commercials! We were given a very fair down payment option within reach, and a choice of vehicles to pick from. Joy, one of the managers, was very professional and kind, as she guided us through the rest of the buying process, and both Joy and Maurice, along with the GM Steve made the final part of the experience satisfactory as we completed the undertaking of obtaining our new quality car. We cannot recommend Drivetime enough...just come in for yourself, and you will find that the positive comments and stories are not without merit. They are our ONLY car dealer from now on!

On November 7th my husband and I went to drive time to look into a new vehicle, we worked with Mallory and Duane at first and they were so polite and kind. They worked with us and understood our current situation, they explained how everything worked and found us some cars that we could afford with what we could put down and what my husband makes each month and even though we couldnt put money down that same day they held the vehicle back for us until we could come back when we had to down payment ready to go. Move forward to the next day (I cannot remember the names of who we worked with that day) we went back to the dealership to finalize everything and this time we had our 2 older kids with us and they made them so comfortable with toys and snacks and water. Here we are a week into having our new vehicle and have had no problems other then problems with the bluetooth/hands-free not working on the radio but we were told we can take it to a listed shop to have it fixed free of charge within 30days. Another thing is they surprised us with 3 free months of sirus xm radio. Great Job Drive time of Fairfield ohio! We will be telling all of our friends and family to come to you!

Let me just start out by saying, I was in quite a predicament; my used car literally caught fire, and burned down to the ground!! I was without a car. To make things worse, my financial credit has little to be desired, and I had a difficult time getting an auto loan from other financing companies and dealerships. I surfed the internet for two days, and was up for endless hours trying to find the right fit for my situation! Then I found DriveTime. All I had to do was fill out an appointment request online, give a little bit of personal information, then show up with a valid drivers license, copy of my home lease agreement (or a utility bill), and a pay stub from my employment to prove my income. I got approved! There were a couple of hurdles (on my end) in order for me to drive off their lot that day, but the sales team worked together in finding a solution so that I could have the car I wanted! And not only did the sales team help me out, but they were all very genuine, personable, and welcoming. Im usually not a huge fan of "salespeople," but these guys were great!! Way to go!! I highly recommend DriveTime!

Fantastic dealership! The salespeople are super friendly, understanding, and not pushy or rude at all. They go by credit as well as income, and I was able to get into a certified used car with a poor credit score and a lower interest rate than I expected. They are fully transparent in everything they do and sell there, they give you a full vehicle history report and even let you check for recalls directly from their website. They offer 5 YEAR DRIVE TRAIN WARRANTIES on all their vehicles, GAP INSURANCE They will complete all maintenance checks and repairs before you sign any paperwork, and offer a 5 day return policy and FREE 30 day warranty for anything that might go wrong with your car. Paperwork is super easy and takes no time at all - you will spend more time checking out their amazing inventory than filling out papers. I highly recommend this dealership to everyone with good/bad/building credit, or anyone looking for fast, friendly salespeople to help you get into a car that you love!

My sales professional was Derek Wuebker at the Drivetime in Fairfield, OH. Derek stayed in contact with me following up with emails and a weekly call. My purchase was a team collaboration. Derek, Jonathan, Maurice, Debbie, Mallory, Andrew, and Daniel Massillon were all phenomenal. Im very pleased with my purchase of a 2012 Nissan Altima. With Drivetime my car note is $200 less per month with a warranty. My former car loan was buy here pay here and they did not report to the credit bureaus therefore my credit was not improving with Drivetime it will. My Drivetime experience was the best Ive ever had purchasing a car. The sales team were knowledgeable and thorough. I did not feel like I was being cubraconned or hoodwinked like Ive felt in the past with dealerships like Jake Sweeney Smart Mart, Car Connection, McCluskey Chevrolet none of these dealers gave the customer service which is care, professionalism, knowledge, and credit success that I received from the Drivetime team in Fairfield Ohio.

I took my daughter there to get a nice car with a great warranty and and awesome service! We received just that! We had the utmost respect and help from our salesman Maurice Holloway. He was very honest with us in the purchase of the car and was absolutely more helpful than the manager at this location. The manager didnt answer any questions if you asked, he would avoid us and wait til the next person that walked by and they would say "Is there something I can help you with?" and then the manager would tuck tale and go!! Not professional at all. But our salesman, Maurice....absolutely amazing at helping us in every aspect, even in the hot 93 degree weather! I hope someday to see Maurice with his own Drive Time store because I have tons of people I would love to send to him that need the opportunity to build their credit and to experience a great salesmen and by then hopefully a fantastic store/team leader!! Thanks again for everything Drive Time and Maurice Holloway!!!

I was skeptical on going to another buy here pay here because of past experiences.I been calling drive time for about 5 months now asking the same questions over and over no matter who I spoke to at drive time I still had it in the back of my mind it was a scam.The employees were helpful and all,It was me so here we are in march 2017.I finally had the courage to step foot into drive time fairfield.I was greeted by the great staff there.It was amazing.I was introduce to derek wuebker he was awesome.I couldnt ask for a better salesman.Derek is knowledgeable,humble,attentive,he help ease my fear.Derek gave me insight on so many thinks I knew nothing about he love what he does.Derek is prompt,informative,great listner he help me to find the perfect car.Derek didnt just put me in any car he took the time out to go above and beyond.He rocks! I know he will go far.thanks drive time for making my experience wonderful. .
