Deserves 0 stars. Sleazy dealership, sleazy sales staff, sleazy tactics. But somehow, they have a pretty nice inventory. Would only buy from here if youre super desperate for something you cant find somewhere else. There is a car I was looking for that had an option thats very difficult to find, and they happened to have one with it. So I went down to test drive it. At first, they werent going to let me test drive it, claiming that Id have to pass a credit check to drive anything over $20,000. So I started to walk out and, shocker, after he heard my trade-in and down payment all of a sudden Im allowed to test drive it - but also only after insulting me asking if Id need "second chance" financing. Then continues to brag to me about the car and how fast it is, so Im glad I now know that youre beating up on the cars you want to sell to people. Sounds like youre taking really good care of your stock. He has me take it out with who I think was the on-site mechanic. Mechanic was a nice guy. Didnt have any problem with me taking the car out for however long I wanted. So I get in the car and first thing I notice is that it has FIVE THOUSAND (5000) more miles than what it was listed as, so the staff is obviously using the cars on the lot as their own personal cars. Not to mention that the list price was well over fair market value. But whatever, I was going to negotiate that down anyway. EXCEPT that the sales person never met me after I got back from the test drive. Was nowhere to be seen. So I figured "whatever, they have my contact information," and sure enough, a week goes by and no call. Two weeks go by and no call. To this day, no call and the car is still for sale. Guess they didnt really want to sell it. Staff probably wanted to keep it and continue to use it as their daily beater. Not that it matters, because you couldnt pay me to sit down and haggle the price with the greasy sales staff. Would rather sit around and wait another year for the car that I want than cave and buy something from this hole-in-the-wall. Go somewhere else if you can.

On October 27th, I went to Ohio to look at another Sequoia and that deal fell through. Whilst in Ohio, I came across a Sequoia at Jordans Auto Sales. The Carfax showed 1 owner and no accidents; and, Jordan Auto Sales is a member of the BBB. On October 31th I bought the 2002 Toyota Sequoia from Jordan Auto Sales. Being that it was a Toyota I chose not to get the extended warranty. I was also a little skeptical of what the warranty would cover, the deductible, and where the work would have to be done if it needed it. On Wednesday November 4th, my wife was driving the Sequoia home from work (at this time, we had the vehicle 5 days and had put less than 500 miles on it); the engine light came on, then another dashboard light came on, and then the engine started to smoke and died. We had to contact a tow truck and have it towed to our local Toyota dealer. Then next day the Toyota dealer accessed the Sequoia and the diagnosis was that it needed a new engine and a radiator. The Toyota dealer said they could get a used engine for about $4700 plus about $300 for a radiator. I contacted the dealership to let them know that the engine in the Sequoia had just died the night before and left my wife stranded. I understand that I bought a used vehicle with no warranty; however, we drove it less than 500 miles. I attempted to get some help with getting the engine repaired. While under no legal obligation Jordan Auto Sales offered to haul the Sequoia to and from Cincinnati to be repaired. However we would have to cover the additional out of pocket expense of another engine ($2700). This offer did not meet my requirements, and I decided to go a different route for repairing the Sequoia. Body style: SUV 4X4 Mileage: 163,359 Engine: 8 Cyl. 4.700L Trans: Automatic Exterior Color: Natural White Interior Color: Oak

I found their Mazda rx 8 on car gurus and instantly called to see if it was available. I got a call back a few minutes later from ace and talked about trading in my 2012 dodge avenger that was past down to me from family and he seemed interested. We tried to price around to get the best deal and after stopping by the dodge dealer on colerain and getting an appraisel of 5800, ace went as far as going to his boss just for me to match the price that way my girl and i didnt have to pay anything out of pocket for the trade in plus getting a check for 150 to take home. Great car dealership, awesome staff, and they worked super hard to get me into this amazing discontinued sports car and Im super greatful to do business with them. Love the car and loved the experience. Thanks Jordan auto sales! A+++++++++

Sometimes the best show of character is how a business handles a situation when things go bad. They had a truck that Ive been looking for- for over a year. (Options, etc.) I drover two hours to do the deal. We processed our deal on a Sayurday evening, well after their closing time. I was tickled pink. We left- and broke down on the way home. On Monday morning I was at the dealership when they opened. They were very apologetic- and took to looking to see what it would take to get things square. We decided to cancel the deal out- and I drove my original trade-in home. I will say that I would absolutely do business with these guys again. They cared about me, and my family. They took pride in their inventory. Not typically in todays world. Thank you very much.

Recently inquired on a vehicle at this place. It took them a couple of days to responds to tell me how could they help. I respond saying I would like to stop by and check out a car. Two days later they respond back saying that it just got sold. Thats bad but since then, on every car search I;ve done trying to find a new car, keeps bring up the car that Jordan auto said that they "just sold". And that conversation was over two weeks ago. Either this place contains a bunch of liars or their internet sales team is putting out misinformation to lure people to their property. I would not trust them. They try to discredit this post Ill but up the transcript year and model off the car that they still have up on their website posted.

So my friend was looking for a certain car found it here we came in and he put a $500 deposit down on the car. My buddy decided not to get the car and was told he would have his refund back in a few days, cut to a month and a half later this guy has dodged all my buddys calls or just gave him the runaround so we drive down to talk in person. We sit down he says "oh it already went to our accountants let me call them" he puts it on speaker phone and calls a fax machine thinking we wouldnt notice. At which point he says they arent picking up. Two hours later he finally gets my buddy in the office and trys to not give any of it back at first then when lawyers were mentioned he changed his tune but still only gave back $400.
