Just last week, I found myself in immediate need of finding a replacement for my 99 Rav4. I needed something reliable, aggressively priced that would allow me to have a reasonable monthly payment. After a VERY poor experience earlier this evening seeing what I thought was a done deal gone completely sour, I ended up in the Courtesy lot, eating a cheese coney, and wondering where I was going to go to find my next vehicle and - more importantly - a good deal with a company and salesman I could trust. Enter: K.C., one of the three salesmen at Courtesy, who greeted me with a friendly smile and a stark understanding of what Id been through at the bigger dealership Id visited earlier in the evening. Four vehicles, one carefully chosen (and jubilant) test drive later and a quick call to their primary banking partner, and I was finalizing pricing and signing contracts. Just down the street, my sparkling little sedan awaits for me to wake in the morning and start the first morning of what will be years of mornings as we journey together to work, and I couldnt be more satisfied. I have every confidence in K.C. and, by extension, Courtesys dealership and service departments. I am - for the first time in my car buying history - proud to be a customer of a particular dealership, instead of just another reluctant customer lost in a sea of untrustworthy salespeople. I will be recommending Courtesy to anyone looking to buy a good used car at any point in the future - Thank you, K.C.!

I have been getting my vehicle serviced at Courtesy for a little over a year now and couldnt be happier! I had some major issues occur all within a 6 month time frame in which I jumped service centers because I couldnt find one I was pleased with. After going to Courtesy for the first time, I provided all of my invoices for the work I had done previously and they informed me that most of the repairs/replacements done, I should not have been charged for because they were all under warranty. So, not only did they help get my SUV back to working properly, but they also were able to point me in the right direction to getting my money back for repairs/replacements I shouldnt have been charged for to begin with! They have been so helpful and pleasant to work with. They have quick turn around time, which is so nice since I only have one vehicle and typically need to wait on it to get finished. They are always busy, but seem to work people in when needed, which is also great! I would recommend Courtesys service center to everyone!

What a wonderful experience! From my first hello through to finalizing my purchase I was made to feel so comfortable. I left with the car I wanted. The quality of the car was top notch....priced very reasonable, The sales experience was as comfortable as sitting in my own home! My salesman / Ray knew the car and was able to answer all my inquiries. He had a team of supportive staff that carried the excellence on.......during varies phases of finalizing the sale. Very professional and SO EASY to deal with. I have been a Courtesy Automotive service shop customer for several years, but this was my first experience with the BODY shop. I was in an accident and had incurred substantial damage to my 2006 Honda Pilot. I was devastated, as the insurance company that was handling my claim mentioned a "total loss". But from the minute I called Courtesy, they worked directly with the insurance company and fast! I was back in my Pilot the following week, and it looks and rides better than ever... I cannot say enough about my positive trade in experience with Courtesy Automotive. I just purchased a Subaru through them and was thrilled by the ease of the process and friendliness of staff. Ray and KC were incredibly helpful and answered my questions through the decision making process. Ray even transferred over my parking permit decal after I mentioned in passing that Id need to run an errand to be issued a new one--- not something he needed to do, nor I asked of him, but the small gesture is a great example of going above and beyond what is expected.

A neighbor scratched my car and offered to pay for the damage. I looked around at a couple different places to get a low quote for her since she was nice enough to leave a note. After getting some ridiculously high estimates she recommended Courtesy Automotive who told me to bring it on in. Adam at body repair helped me out and got my car looking good as new during my lunch break and didnt even charge my neighbor for the trouble. Needless to say theyve won my business and will be the first place I contact next time I need work on my car.

Very good Bodyshop...I use them for oil changes/service, and also need a bumper changed out. Very flexible and fast at scheduling appointments for anything, as well as knowledgeable and nice staff. Some places you get a feeling they are just trying to milk you for money, this place doesnt even remotely give you that feel. If you are looking for a new place for service (which is how I found them) or need something fixed on your vehicle they are worth a call, if you want it done, and done right.

Ray Lamarca and the other folks at CA were great. They found us the car we wanted, and, for the first time in my life, I didn’t feel the need to haggle over the price. I did a great deal of research about the car and what it was worth; their asking price was spot-on… no uncomfortable negotiations… no trying to charge us some ridiculous price… no trickery… just a fair deal for all involved. Everyone seemed genuine. The experience was very good. I will do business with them again.

I was long over due for a new car and started shopping around and doing research. I visited a few other places and quickly decided on Courtesy! Ray LaMarca was great, easy to work with along with the rest of the staff. Ray quickly found a car that met everything I was looking for! Bought a 2014 Dodge Caravan and was treated well. I was very nervous about the transaction because I have not had good experiences with car dealers. They gave me a good price, called to help schedule an appointment to take care of a recall on the car and got a duplicate key reprogrammed for me when it went bad. Have not had to have any repairs yet but I believe they are genuine. I would definitely recommend them to my family and friends.

We purchased a 2014 Chevy Silverado a few months back. We are incredibly pleased with our purchase! Everyone we talked to went above and beyond for us. No pressure to buy a vehicle, and didnt chase us around the parking lot when we first arrived. Great customer service. We have now lifted our truck and it is even more beautiful than before. Hopefully, we can buy our nezt vehicle from them as well. (I want a Tahoe :) )
