This is my first google review ever. I want to warn anyone interested in purchasing a vehicle from this business to please reconsider. I made a purchase in early December for a used car from this dealer and I STILL have not been made whole for my purchase. First, the title was never properly applied for and it never had temporary registration (which is required when I drive off of the lot). I drove the car illegally for over a month (unknowingly) while waiting for the title to come in the mail. Called the DMV and they said the title was still under the dealers name, indicating that nothing had been done on their end. Max was very unresponsive to texts/calls and only responded once threatened. Eventually, some 6 weeks later, I finally received the title after driving down from Athens to confront him in person. I had paid him for title and registration fees amounting to approximately $300 which I had to pay again myself once I took the title in to get registered. It is now 5 weeks after I demanded a refund for something I clearly paid for on the bill of sale that he failed to take care of. Since then, his responsiveness has been nonexistent and abrasive. Unfortunately, his "arbitration agreement" that he requires you to sign upon purchase restricts you from pursuing him in court and the costs of arbitration come out of your pocket. Worst car buying experience of my life and the most dishonest car dealer I have ever dealt with. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! I purchased a 2010 Chrysler Sebring for my wife paid over 6k in cash! I was promised the car was in good working condition this was untrue! My wife drove back to work about 15 miles away the engine light came on the car wouldnt start and I had to pick her up! We took the car back they claim to have fixed the problem but the engine light is still on! This wasnt my biggest problem anyhow I can always get the car fixed and I know the risk of buying used! They have yet to send me my title. Max never answers the phone or text its been two months my wife has to uber back and forth to work this has been one of the worst car buying experience ever! I will be reporting them this morning and driving up later today to try and confront him in person!! I have a 6k dollar car I cannot drive legally and I have to drive 45 mins to Roswell to talk to Farkad in person! This is no way to treat customers!!

I brought in my 03 mustang gt to see what the problem was with the car cause it was having a misfire and the car wasnt driving good, the guys did a diagnostic to see what the problem was and come to find out my intake manifold was cracked and water was getting into the spark plugs (the fact they told me this was special on its own) since other shops couldnt find a problem, i went ahead with the work and got it fixed for a great price and till this day my car is running great no more misfire! Overall im very happy with the work they did very professional and clean work! Thanks guya i would be recommending you to everyone!

Purchased a 2014 Hyundai Elantra. Parts missing and promised these items would be taken care of. Nope. Just got done talking with Ma x (Farkad)and plan on contacting the Better Business Bureau. I just went to do breaks and found someone has already pulled the tire off and stripped 2 bolts and messed up a couple other things as well. Max said in a text the Roselle store had done previous work on it. I will never purchase another car from this outfit!
