Our experience here was TERRIBLE. We came from Louisville, KY to buy a VW Gold TDI from this dealer. The car was advertised as in excellent condition and from the pictures we saw it was a very clean car. We had spoken with the salesman just the day before and he gave us many details about the car (it had a few flaws we were willing to live with) but he verified it was in excellent condition. So there we were cash in hand. The car had a smashed windshield. The sunroof had leaked and had watermarks all around it. The headliner was falling off and there was orange foam sprinkled all over the black interior. One window wouldnt roll down and a tensioner pulley needed replacing. Definitely not in excellent condition. We let the salesman know that we had taken off a day of work, driven 2 hours up here and would have to drive 2 hours back. They absolutely lied and wasted our day and cost us money. After asking to speak with the manager, the salesman apologized profusely. He promised he would repair the damage and give us a really good deal on the car and deliver it to us. Havent heard from him since. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS DEALER!!!

Bought a car from Justin and Kyle there. A 2003 CRV. Ive had the car barely a month and its been in the shop more than I have driven it. I waited weeks for them to fix an O2 sensor issue and vtech solenoid issue. Not only did they not fix the O2 sensor or solenoid properly, they hid the fact and hid other issues with the car. The car had a seized tie rod end from the get go that needed repaired as it caused issues driving it above 50mph. Needed replaced and re-aligned immediately. The car started gushing oil at less than 200 miles put on it off their lot and the engine lost power on me. I had to have AAA tow the car to Supertech in Union. The vtech solenoid Germantown Auto used had no part numbers or identifiers on it and I was told by Supertech it appeared to be an old part repainted to look new and wasnt safe for use. That repair was almost $360. Some deals are just too good to be true. There is almost $2500 in repair costs that needed to be done off the lot. After over $1,500 already invested the car is driving fine. Still had to repair some shady mechanic work done by the lot though.

We have purchased our last three autos from Justin at Germantown Auto Sales. We cant afford payments for a brand new car, but why do that anyway, when we can pay cash for a good used car from Justin?!. He is fair and his cars are in great condition for their ages. We have yet to be disappointed by this dealer! His integrity and honesty is a cut above the rest. When we are in need of a new auto, we always come to Germantown Auto Sales first! We have to look no further. Hes our first and last stop every time! He takes care of any little thing that may concern you, and has always made each buying experience a good experience! I recommend him with highest regards! Too bad every car dealer isnt as honest and caring! Everyone there is polite and cares about the details as much as he does. My favorite place to go when I need a car. We always get our moneys worth. I am still driving the Buick Century I bought from him in 2012!.

I got a car in July from them and it stopped working after the warranty ran out. These guys buy cheap broken cars and sell them for high prices. Theyre full of excuses and blame you for the problem you have with the car you buy from them. I am unsatisfied. They didnt even fix my locks like they said they would when I bought it. This is not a good place to get a used car. I suggest you look elsewhere. Ive put $762 into the car I bought from them and it still doesnt work. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!

We recently purchased a VW Beetle for our daughter as her first car. Justin was very friendly and cooperative as we lived 45 minutes away and he still allowed us to take the vehicle to our mechanic. We purchased the vehicle, quick easy paperwork onsite and my daughter absolutely loves her beetle bug! We have another daughter wanting a beetle when she turns 16 and will certainly look first at Germantown Auto for selection, price and service!

For those of you thinking you will get a brand new car need to stop and reevaluate because these car need to be taken care of not treated like trash

Do not purchase a vehicle from Germantown Auto. Ive spent nearly $2,000 dollars just in repairs before I had even put 2,000 miles on the vehicle. Multiple oil leaks, expensive failed parts that needed to be replaced, sludge build up. All the issues where hidden internally so you couldnt see them.

Nice prices and selection. Bought an 03 Golf at a perfectly acceptable price. Planning to go back for another car in the future. The negative reviews here are obviously from people who dont understand whats used car is. Dealers cant magically predict future problems for you.

I bought a vw beetle TDI the other day and have already put 1,000 miles on it and had no problems! All I have had to do is replace a tail light bulb, head light bulb and fog light bulb. Great car sales men! Will be a repeat customer when in need of another vw!
