Almost never answer the phone. When you leave a message they might call you back (after 2 days). Dont call when parts come in. Order the wrong parts but tells you to come in anyways but then realize its the wrong part. Gave me a Prius for a loaner car even though I drive an S80. Next time I will be buying a Lexus! Its just not worth it to pay so much for a car but not get the Lexus service....
