Bad customer service experience, employees treat you like they are doing you" a favor.... get a life people" no customers no job" this guy didnt even have the courtesy to put the parts I just bought inside the bag, very bad attitude and responses to questions, this is why I now go to O"railys auto parts just down south, more professional staff, greeting with a smile instead...

The employees did not acknowledge me for a full minute while I stood at the counter waiting while they chatted with each other. It was 8:30 in the evening and there was no one else in the store, so there was no excuse. In addition their prices are ridiculously high. They did not get my business.

This location is always busy and never enough staff. The manager is moody, some days he has decent customer service and others he is a smart ass. dont recommend this location. I recommend the montclair, upland, and Rancho location. I avoid this one even though its the closet one to me.

Walked around the store for 5 minutes and got no help while the two guys in front were just talking at the register. When I asked for help they laughed and said, what kind of car... so rude. Next time Ill use Google and go to walmart or Kragen.

Helpful staff and clean store, with reasonable prices. I had a bad alternator at one point, and I went there repeatedly to test it; every time they came out to test it with no complaints.
