I was down in the Upland, CA area from Sacramento to visit with my brother and his family who had flown out from England. Unfortunately the trip killed my Dodge Neon which was a cause for concern as it had to get me and my family back home. I did some online research and decided to go to the Montclair Pep Boys and Im so glad that I did! I was helped by an associate named Mark and he gave me all of my options as to what my vehicle needed and kept me informed of the progress throughout the day. Very courteous and very professional. He listened to my input and he and his team had my car back on the road.

Got my brake service here... Add said $120... got charged $240 Add did not mention it would be more for an audi. Mechanic said My front brakes where good so he would not change them only rotors and back brakes. after the service the next day My brakes started squeaking. I did my own brakes and noticed the censor of my brakes was hitting the rotor... they suck after I complained they said I got lucky they did not Charge me the Rotor Labor... WTF bad customer service.

I love that I make a call to the shop and they tell me when to bring the car in and about how long it will take for the repair. All of the Staff and the Service Techs are always very polite and always makes me feel like I am welcome. I trust your staff that they are always up front and tell me exactly what is wrong and how they are going to repair the auto. I have also used your shop on Foothill Blvd in Upland and received the same great service.

This place is a great place to take your car. Ive been taking my car here for years. The car service department here is wonderful very honest when you bring your car in for repairs. If you need repairs I highly recommend Pep Boys on Central Ave. In Montclair.

I made an appointment to get 4 tires and an alignment....when I got there they didnt have the tires after we discussed it .....a total waste of my time.....I went to Big Os and they priced me better with a better warranty so I made out better anyway.

I have had this Pepboys do Tires, Alignments, and Oil changes on my 1992 Toyota Camry and 1994 BMW 325i. They have always done a good job and once, they helped troubleshoot a problem for free. The wait time is average, but the quality is there.

If you need parts for your or truck ask for Cindy in the parts Dept.she seems to the parts with out looking it up on the computer. She has helped me for years from another store before coming to this store and I have never had a complaint.

The staff welcomed me right when I walked through the door! I was in and out very fast. I needed a radiator cap, the guy grabbed it for me and I was on my way. I have also had tires rotated here and the guys in the shop were nice too.

I have been coming to the Montclair store for close to 20 years. The service is good, the customer service is good and the repairs are done right. Moreover, the store is kept clean and fully stocked. I highly recommend it. Give it a try.

Came here for my lyft inspection and they were just downright rude. If youre unhappy with your job quit. Seriously there are other more deserving people in the world who would kill to have your job and do it with a smile on their face!

Not helpful or accommodating. I was told it was policy if you have minor uneven ware to not rotate tires. What a joke. Will never shop or buy from pepboys again.

Told me that I could come by and didnt need an appointment. When I arrived 10 minutes later, they told me it was at least a 90 minute wait. :^(

They didnt do a good job changing the tire. The tire keep getting deflated after we left. We had to keep inflating it every 5 minutes.
