Worst vatozone Ive ever been to. We all know vatozone has worse service than pep boys or any automotive store ,so why do we attempt to even go there? Simple. Its like. Plague Wal-Mart. They are basically at every corner and closer to your home. so if you just need a part right off the shelf... Then you should be good. But if you have to speak to someone who works there. Forget about it. Especially this location. There is this kid that works there who is between the ages of 20-25. Now these are the kind of humans that I usually steer clear from speaking with ever. But it seemed like the two other guys were really busy. So.... I walk in there for a simple simple request. "Can you please diagnose our check engine light" Now I dont even have to ask please because.... Simply put, its your job!!!! So then this know it all kid who apparently thinks he knows more than the average wrench head because hes lived on this earth for a whole 20 years replies.... Im not aloud to do that. I said ,you cant diagnose the check engine light? Well get me someone who can. Then he just mumbles some bs that his little young brain can think of at that moment. The state of California wont let us do that! I was like.... WTF are you talking about ? Reciting a story you read ,the state of California blah blah blah. So I just turned around and said "Im going to pep boys" then he tried to tell me that they dont do it either. This is the reason I hate dealing with KIDS who work in anything automotive. They think because they work there that they automatically know more than you. And that they are more experienced than you in life. Kid.... You are 20. You are still a baby. Start learning to ask questions from your co workers to answers you dont know. You obviously didnt know that you are in fact aloud to diagnose check engine lights. But because you work there,you felt as if you should know all the answers on your own. Grow up. And I will never shop here for anything because of you. Even when you get fired. Your attitude tarnished that location for me.

I went in to buy oil and a oil filter and do it myself because I thought it would be been cheaper because also there was a deal if i bpught both things the oil shouldve been 25.99 but when i checked out it was for 40 bucks and my total came out to 65 bucks (wouldve been cheaper if Ive gone to jiffylube because usually for me i get it done for 40 with the same exact oil and everything) so i tried asking the guy who was a old short Asian dude but he cut me off middle of asking and just said "not for Pennzoil" and with that i just checked out anyways because i didnt want to argue (: staff is very unhelpful at night and a bunch of little moody kids. Daytime guys are pretty cool tho tbh

Busy, always busy, but thats a good thing. It means people like going there. Never had an issue here. Always get good service, tell me straight if they have our dont have something. Never gotten a wrong part. Would be nice if I could get in and out quicker, but at least I get good service, unlike a certain other parts store in the area.

The schedule posted on their doors for business for sunday is from 8:00 am - 9:00 pm. It almost 9:00am and theres not signs for employees to open the store. Ive been here almost 20 minutes and many customers waiting outside left to get their stuff at oreallys. I think this is disrespectful and disloyal to costumers.

I went here to get some touch up paint and the layout and stock is similar to other AutoZone locations. The issue I had is that only two employees were at the registers and taking time to answer each customers questions backed up the line quite a bit. I ended up getting tired of waiting agree about 20 minutes and left.

Little on the small side of some of the other shops I have been to but the folks are friendly and helped me find out what was going on with my timing belt. I really appreciate their hard work. Thanks guys!

The main virtue of this shop is its convenience. Its a smaller shop, so it may not have everything, though Ive had good luck here. Usually not too busy, service is average.
