In writing this review, Ive tried to be objective. I think some people just give a one-star because the didnt get what they want. I partially received what I wanted but promises were broken and I was overcharged and that is a huge burden to overcome. Earlier in the week I called in to order a $90 part which they said had to come from Sacramento because they didnt have it in stock. No problem, Im not in a rush...Ill wait. The part came in early and the rep called me as they said they would...Im happy. I said Ill be there within 2 hours. I arrived and the parts were boxed up nicely...I opened them and they were exactly as described...Im happy. I took the parts to the register to ring them up and they said it would be $102...a roughly 13% increase in price; on top of that, there was a $4.00 shipping fee that was added on which wasnt explained to me beforehand...very unhappy. I had ordered 2 of the same part and now I would be paying about $25 than I originally expected. They said I could get 10% off by using my AAA which I did but that did not bring the price down at all. The cashier went to speak to the rep who had just helped me out who did not come out because she was apparently at lunch, but she said she never quoted me $90. I had previously received 2 other quotes, one from OReillys for $99 and one from Auto Zone for $99. They both were available immediately and I would not be charged an additional $4.00. I chose to go with Napa because they were the cheapest but I was disappointed in the end by their bait and switch tactics. Im not one to beat a dead horse. My time had been wasted, I was overcharged and persons responsible did not want to face the music. I just paid the bill and will not be going back to Napa or recommending them to my friends. I will also be posting this review on some other sites. Please do your homework before spending your money at Napa, you could come to regret it in a very big way.

I ordered some parts, they stated one of the parts was a special order and it was going to arrive the next day at 2pm i called back to make sure they had the parts ready, and they were all lost they didnt even had all the information, no information on my parts and to top it off the girl helping me out, was giving an attitude WOW!!!

Napa has a better selection of tools and parts than the other guys. They are more expensive but the do carry higher quality parts.

I prefer the products at Napa over any other auto parts store. This one is clean inside and has outstanding customer service.
