Went in because I get emails from Napa and was looking for a couple things that are on sale. Two staff members (who didnt seem like they were doing much of anything) just said thats in aisle 1. I asked about why the items werent on sale like the email stated. They responded with only saying that they were not a participating store and that they thought the items were on sale the other day. Any bit of customer service would have made a difference but since I didnt get any from this non participating store I will not be back.

Prices at this auto parts store are generally more expensive nationwide, but after my last visit I was rather surprised at how much they seemed to have increased over the past few months. In addition, the staff was extremely curt and very much not interested in my business. The overall atmosphere of the establishment is similar; staff unwilling to recommend alternatives.
