This location is legit. Brought my car in for a brake check after spending 11 hours at the Redlands location where they told me I needed new rear brakes. After I called them throughout the day and they told me they would have it done in a few hours. They never even started the job. Rialto checked them and told me I only needed an adjustment. Im past experience they were straight up and let me know what was needed as well as what was recommended and also gave me alternatives. Rialto is SUPER.

If you set an appointment online dont get your hopes up. Apparently there system cant catch duplicate appointments. I showed up here early for my appointment and they couldnt even honor it. What a waste of my time. The guy even went as far as telling me he called me to re-schedule and said he left a voicemail. Which was a lie. He never called and upon checking my voicemail guess who didnt have a new voicemail pending?

i drop my car last week to check my suspesion and they said i have to replace sway bar bushings & sway bar links chargin me $ 564 dlls. i got my car to home and check by my self if it was truth i found out that i only need the sway bar links wich i buy the set for $ 30 at the local auto parts store ( save $ 524 ) ! those guys charge more that a real dealer

This place has terrible service said they would have my clutch replace that same day, didnt even start it that day they kept making bullshit excuses and didnt finish it until 3 days later and on top of that they messed with my headers, radatior, and throttle body. DO NOT GO HERE.

I wish Id never taken my suv there the mechanic damage my hubcaps expensive ones. I told the smart Alec Mgr.Jose Casillas He laughed at me.Now my suv looks it was vandalized .Told me to file some bogus claim Never again !
