My trip to Autozone for my battery left me a bit frustrated. I purchased a car battery less than a year ago and it went bad. I called the AutoClub out on two seperate occasions for a jump and they gave me a report on the second service call. The report showed the battery was bad and needed replacing. The report cleared both my starter and alternator of any problems. After leaving my battery at AutoZone to charge it was cleared and being returned to me. I asked it to be checked one more time because the Manager would not honor the report from AutoClub and wanted me to come back with my car so she could check my car starter, alternator, etc. herself. Upon checking my battery (with a "battery is good" receipt taped to the side and initialed) before I returned home with it the manager said "Oh, now its showing the battery is bad." Very frustrating but I did leave with a new battery but I dont think I will purchase one there again in the future.

Auto Zone in rialto whos manager is Juan is the reason I wasted about $300 on transmission fluid (twice) and parts and then after my trans shredded itsself because they recommended dex merc instead of atf3 or 4 each and every person i spoke to about the problem has either shuffled me off to another associate or and finally denied me any recompence for the $ 2000 that it cost me to replace it. they didnt even offer to refund the cost of the fluids that they sold me which caused the damage which was at the recommendation of one of thier employees. they refused to look at surveilance tapes to determine who the lady was that told me to use dex merc since it wouldnt help them deny any claim

They ordered the wrong parts for me and when I told them about it they had attitude as if I ordered the parts then had me waiting for over 5 mins on the phone then I hang up and call bacc then they put me on hold for another couple of mins, HORRIBLE SERVICE ,I wouldnt recommend no one to that AutoZone even if u broke down in front AutoZone on Riverside and baseline in Rialto no good

When there was a line of about 8 people or so, the manager stood there talking and joking with his employees instead of helping anyone, then was rude to everyone in line. Both other employees were disrespectful and couldnt answer any questions. Would not recommend this Auto Zone to absolutely anyone.

Autozone is always very VERY helpful to me. This place has patience, too. You can tell when am employee is being well-taken care of by their boss because these guys are always smiling and happy.
