Im very skeptical about salesman after all I used to be one. And after reading the reviews on Google and seeing all the negative ones I was very hesitant to go to this place but they had the used Jetski that I wanted and the only one I could afford at the time so I took a chance. Let me make something clear... the negative people on here are all whiners and complainers. They are used to salesman that will kiss your butt and budge on price even though it makes no sense to and its already as low as they can realistically go. These guys do not go out of their way to bring you flowers as soon as you walk in the door but they are very straightforward and fair and I can truly appreciate that. Did they budge on the price of my JetSki at all, no but was it already extremely well priced, yes! But of course I had to try… Not only are they extremely knowledgeable about what they sell but you can tell they are a good local establishment as most of the people in that place seem to be family or friends or family. If you dont need a massage or 20 cups of coffee when you go to buy something go to this place. If you want the other type of experience then go to some car dealership. Overall I think these guys were great to work with. I plan on going back to them in the future. I just wish they were closer to where I live. So overall what I am saying is despite all the negative reviews give these guys a chance. I dont think youll be disappointed. I know I wasnt. And no they did not pay me to write this… Im a legitimate, happy customer.

I have nothing but great things to say about this dealership. I HAD been a loyal customer of the Sea Doo dealership in Cleveland (bought a brand new Sea Doo and trailer from them in 2013 and had all service/winterization/storage done with them) for about four years. I recently attempted to purchase a 2nd brand new Sea Doo from them this past spring but was royally screwed over, lied to and ultimately decided to take my business elsewhere. I researched J&J and as many people have noted I was a bit leary after reading some of the negative reviews. Thankfully, my salesman Bill was amazing! He was ultra responsive to my questions and was extremely professional. In less than a week I was able to purchase the brand new 2017 jet ski that I wanted along with a double trailer. Rick in finance was also fabulous and very personable. They made the entire transaction painless and I cannot thank them enough. I will not hesitate to recommend them to friends and family.

Bad reviews always vanish from here. I drove 10 hours from out of state to purchase a jet ski from these people, and Ive never had such an awful experience. The sales guy was beyond rude, and acted like purchasing something for $10,000+ was a headache. Once I got the thing home, I realized they failed to even inspect it! The ski didnt have any of the accessorys bolt to it, they were still zip tied from where they left the factory. This place is terrible, avoid at all costs. Talk with any other dealer within 100 miles, and 9 times out of 10 they will always be able to point directly to this place when you say you had a poor experience. Im not joking either. ZERO Stars if I could. PLEASE AVOID THIS PLACE

Ive never bought a vehicle from out of state like this and was a little worried about it but i bought a Harley Fatbob from them and i couldnt be happier. The bike is in perfect condition, the buying process was easy, and everyone there was helpful everytime i called. Stephen was my salesman and made the whole process easy was good to work with. The keys got lost at some point and they bought new keys and had them shipped to my house. Thanks again guys!

Got a great deal on my 2012 Suzuki Vstrom 650 here. I drove down from Michigan and everything was as we had talked about on the phone prior, no BS or funny business. In 45 minutes all my paperwork was done, my bike was loaded up and I was headed home. As a bonus the salesman recommended a great local place to get lunch. Much better luck here than what I had with dealers in my areas.

The epitome of customer NO service, save yourself some time and headaches, go elsewhere. Obstructionists to the 9th degree and they make it a point to avoid any and all responsibility. Go outside and beat your head against the biggest tree you can find, that’s the experience you will have with J & J. Shocking how their bad reputation continues to stink up northern Ohio.

Do not purchase or take anything here for repair. Theyre not friendly and communication is almost non-existent. I took my jet ski there for warranty repair in August, and they just recently finished it 7 months later. There was very little communication throughout the process and it was just a bad experience overall. I will never be going back.

Ive purchased a new ATV, serviced an older ATV, and serviced a Burgman Scooter with them; accordingly, theyve always been overly nice and extremely professional during those transactions.

I have purchased 2 new Yamaha jet skis in the past month from J&J. I am very happy with my experience. Rick in the Finance department is a very personable guy. Everything was in order when it got time to do the paperwork and they were more than fair on my trade in. Definitely would buy from again.

Bought a Yamaha Waverunner from these guys at the boat show. I feel like they gave me great information that helped me choose the ski for me. My salesman was very helpful. I havent had it serviced yet, so I cant comment on that yet, but so far Id buy from these guys again.

These guys totally suck! If you want crappy unresponsive service buy from these guys otherwise there are plenty of other good dealers around. I was warned at the Cleveland Boat show that they were bad and should have took that advice not to buy from them.

Had service done on a 2003 Kawasaki Mule, the customer service was excellent, they delivered when they said they would and on estimate. Will be buying a new Mule from them this week. Great experience
