Bought my first bike there 2002 sportster 1250 with addons. Ended up being a flood salvage after I received the title less then 2 weeks later. Nice little fraud sale there. From there mistake they turn me on to a 2004 sported 883 didnt know about the power difference but beside that back fired through the carb on and off to the point of nearly Unridable. Took it back nest day still backfiring. On top of that few days later take it to visit family and first time in top gear it shakes like crazy heavy vibration throughout the engine and even the shifter was shaking. Next day plan on taking it back to them and it putters and dies down the street nobpower nice loud bang. Dont feel even remotely safe on this bike and they argue with me about this and that telling me its normal for vibration on a ridged mount bike. Had to remind then its rubber mounted. They called back to agree with me. Do they even test the bikes they get? Planned on going with a name I could trust dont know if I can really trust any harley dealer ever again still waiting for them to fix this mess

I have a 2000 Road King with Magnetti Marelli EFI.the only year it was made. Not all dealer can work on this bike as I found out. Had bike at dealer in TN all summer last year and they gave up, could not get bike running. I moved to OH and brought the bike to Rock and Roll Harley took them some time about 2 months the Techs name was Bob and he got my bike running better han it has ever run. I highly recommend this dealer for working an bikes. Also while at the store I check out some of the cloths and the prices where cheaper them most dealer cost. All and all the is a great dealer and they have a long time customer with me. Thanks Rick and Roll for saving my summer bike riding.

Whoa Im shocked by these subpar reviews on bike buying here because every time Ive been in to buy clothes this place is rocking- as in selling lots of bikes (all I hear is ding ding ding over loudspeaker- John, peter, or Paul Just bought their 1St 2nd or 3rd Harley over n over) I like it here. They always have raffles or some kind of food event on weekends and their clothes are way better than SE-HD! The girls are friendly and energetic & I like the dressing rooms. This place is like a breath of fresh air in HD community, I think. Variety is the spice of life so check it out. PS this is only place to get an authentic Cleveland OH HD Tee. Just saying,

Walked in to purchase a harley . I rode in on my sportbike and I got stiff shoulder. When I walked in rhere was 5 or 6 employees standing around amd not one person greeted me or asked if I needed assistance. All employees dipped and ignored me like they had something else going on .... FAKE ass people. Rude, inconsiderate, and by the way, I was in there looking to convert from sportbike to harley. I guess Ill be going elsewhere.

I have had so many issues with this dealership. Incorrect parts ordered, unable to fix this issue for months. I am still waiting on hardware to be swapped out. Incorrect information given out be different individuals. Rude staff, especially in the parts dept. I go to this shop because of the location but it is hard to recommend anyone go here. I hope that others have better experiences than I do/have.

I was travelling from the New Orleans area and had a problem with my left turn signal. I got there early and Dee, the Service Supervisor, let me bring the bike in the shop 15 minutes early. They checked the bike out quickly and diagnosed the problem. Unfortunately, they did not have the part in stock. Rapid, friendly service, and no charge for the diagnosis. You cant beat that. Thanks, Dee!!!

I did not purchase my Wide Glide there, but I had it serviced after an accident last year. Dee and Dan is service made the BS I was going through a lot easier. Dee listened to me whine a few times and they both called me back whenever I missed them. the techs did a great job upgrading my bike as requested and it is dialed in. I will definitely be back when it is time for a new one

Top notch in all departments. Happy to see ya walk in the door. They will help ya with any questions and what I like they ask you how they can help you. That means a lot. Only problem I have all special events happen on Saturday. I work every Saturday need some Sunday events to happen.

Overpriced service, i tried to install security and siren which was quoted for 2 hours effort while other HD centers quoting as 1 to 1.5 hrs. i have to drive more just to get the same service. Was not very helpful attitude while i installed my sound system.

Excellent dealership with great people and an excellent service department. I have bought two bikes from them. They truly make you part of the family. They have great monthly dealer events where you get to eat and make friends.

Bought my 11 Roadking new from there. Love the bike!!!! Absolutely hated dealing with James the sales manager. It took me writing a novel and hand delivering it to the owner before I got what I wanted. Customer service????????

I went in to sell a motorcycle and the asked for make and model and gave me a low ball price right there. Didnt even go outside and look at the bike. What an insult!!! I will never shop at that store... what a joke!

There are a lot of exhibits. Make sure you go when you have plenty of time. There a lot of exhibits dedicated to the early years, but we were disappointed that there was hardly anything on Rush, Kiss, or Journey.

Wow what a joke this place has become since the dealership changed hands and changed names. Except for a handful of employees, Rodger & Eric is parts and Dee & Dan S. in service, the place is nothing but posers.

ONE OF THE BEST DEALERSHIPS I HAVE BEEN TO. ONE OF THE FEW THAT STILL HAS THAT SMALL FAMILY OWNED FEEL TO IT. PEOPLE ARE VERY FRIENDLY AS WELL.
