Buying my bike was a good experience. Although the first sales guy I was talking to about a 2016 blacked out street glide when negotiating a deal with was pretty arrogant and kind of treated me like I was stupid. Of course I left. I returned a couple weeks later and decided to look at the 2017s and had a different salesman. Doug which is also a mechanic. He was awesome. Great to deal with. Since then I did my 1000 mile service and while I feel its way overpriced I had no problems. So I wanted to do some upgrades and the service manager Todd gave me some quotes and ordered the parts. He was also awesome. So I take my bike in to get the 5000 mike service plus the 2 stage / yaffee bars / pipes and got a call in the morning it was finished a couple days later. So now listen up on this this. I go and pick up bike over 6 hours later and when I ask for my stock parts back and was told that they were behind all the other bikes and can I come back another day to pick them up. Why they were not with my bike I have no idea. I already was there an hour and all I wanted to do was go home. So I ended up taking my bike home and had to go back to pick up my jeep which I was hoping all my parts would be with me. The more I have thought about this the more it frustrated me that my parts werent ready. So I emailed Todd and he in turn he gave it to another manager and that manager told me his parts guys said the mechanic said they didnt know where my part were. That another mechanic is the one that did my work. Anyway Im not using names of the other manager or the parts guys. I was contacted by the other manager and he said they would deliver my parts and which day did. So that was fine with me. In the meantime I realize that my screw for my seat was missing. So I contacted the other manager again and he told me it probably vibrated off and theres no way I could prove that it was his guys that did it because its been a few days since the work was done. I told them if they missed the screw and they did engine work how do I know they did the work correctly. The manager told me I could bring my bike up there and they will give me another screw and look over the bike. Well anyway I looked it over myself and check my fluid levels and noticed that my oil was almost a half quart low. There is no way possible I will have ever bring my bike back to their service department again. Not only my parts were not ready and they expect me to drive one hour to go get them. Originally anyway that screw missing and my oil being low is very unprofessional. There should be a checklist that these mechanics go through. They make sure they look over your bike for anything wrong with it before you get it serviced. I think this they do a walk around after service so you know that everythings OK too. There is no way that screw for the seat vibrated off. I put a finger tight one on it and drove all the way to Sturgis and back 3200 miles total and it didnt fall off hand tightening it. There is no way they put that screwback on and torqued it to specs. Deeply disappointed in their service department. I think Todd is awesome and I know its not his fault but it does reflect stinger Harley Davison. While its Sturgis Harley Davison corporation was there and I talk to one of the guys there and he said I could file report and I almost did but I decided not to. I am still considering it. I wont give them a one star because I believe Todd and Doug are pretty good honest guys. But as for the rest I was either lied to about where my parts were when I got I wont give them a one star because I believe Todd and Doug are pretty good honest guys. But as for the rest I was either lied to about where my parts were when I picked up bike and for as of the screw being missing being told it probably vibrated off not a good thing. Larry Reihner

After purchasing 3 bikes since 2009 from Century HD I have come to a single conclusion - They are the best in the business! Over the past years I have logged over 50,000 miles and they have provided the great experience. They dont stop when the sale is over, their parts people are extremely knowledgeable and really understand how I ride and suggest parts to make the experience better. The same is true of those in motor clothes - helpful does not begin to explain how much they have made a difference in my riding experience. But the secret sauce of the dealership - the service team! Here are the all-stars who have helped me in the past 8 years: Service: Chris, Tim, Jason, Tyler and Gentenar Part: John and Rich Motorclothes Kalee, Haley and Jen Sales: Ray (purchased 3 bikes from him) and the one who makes my bike shine with every service Kenny! (I may have missed a few too!) They simple only know one way of doing business....from the customers point of view! While I say thank you to them each and every time, I never feel it is enough. If you are tired of being mistreated by the other HD or are looking for the best group of professionals in the business - you need to see this group at Century HD!

Horrible experience! I purchased a new Street Glide last year from them. I hit my 1000 mile service a little over a month ago and dropped it off with their service department. Upon picking up my bike, I noticed that they damaged the tank & the fairing. One of their technicians dripped grip glue on the tank that ate through the paint. The front fairing was scratched and they tried to cover it up with touch up paint. Century offered to replace the tank & fairing. It took about a month for them to get the parts in from Harley. I dropped the bike off last Friday and was told it would take a couple of days. By Thursday of next week still wasnt done. I asked to speak to the owner and instead got to talk to some rude sales manager by the name of Scott. He actually used the phrase "do you want your F--ING bike fixed or not? What a terrible dealership and I am totally amazed how they treat a customer who spent thousands of dollars with them. I mailed a formal complaint to Harley Davidsons Corporate offices

Bought a Road glide. Been around the dealership for a few short years. The new change-over of ownership has been a major improvement of itself. Seriously! What a dealership. Anyway, I waltz in wanting a motorcycle. Robert introduces himself to me and to this day, I am glad he did!!! Literally, I stop in there primarily to say hello to him. Crazy cause at 46 years old, Ive never done that when I bought anything. He his loyal to the brand and knowledgeable too! Understands my questions treating everyone with care. Almost a year later and when I go in , he sees to it I am being taken care of. Most importantly! Robert introduced me to the Road glide!! A bike I once didnt care for bit today, Ill never ride another. Thank you Robert! Youre a pretty good dude.
