Online reviews are not my thing. Its too easy to flame someone because you were in a bad mood and Web Wizards are famous for blazing away at someone because their life isnt going as they expect. Good reviews are less common so when I see them it tells me that they are usually warranted. My introduction to CC Riders was when a friend of mine with 8 kids took her bike there to get worked on and she was price checking to see is $xxx was too much for two tires, a carb clean, throttle cable as well as flushing the tank. Being skeptical because the price was so low, I rode down there and basically interrogated Kevin. My feelers were a little bruised as I was the one that usually did all the work on her bike ( for free ) and was wondering why she was taking it there. She realized that I really didnt have the time to do it and that she was getting a really good deal. I discovered that She was right. I now find myself taking carbs to them to get cleaned ( Thanks for the Ethanol you STUPID politicians ) and I have even taken my Softail to them for some work to get done. Their parts prices are WELL below anyone else in town. I saved $20 on a battery, Advanced wanted $90 / FBC wanted $80, and CC sold it to me for $70. This has happened more than once. They all get their aftermarket parts from the same suppliers so the only difference is the greed factor. Other parts I have purchased have all had similar differences with CC Riders being the clear price winner. You WILL wait a little to get your bike fixed. They are busy and they are busy for a reason. They WILL NOT let a bike go without it being done right. I bought a Dirt bike from them as few weekends ago ( Price was exceptionally good ) and expected to just load and go. Not happening. Cody pulled the bike onto a table and told me, " its gonna be a little bit. I rode this bike a couple weeks ago and felt a little wobble in the rear tire. You probably wouldnt notice it, But I know its there. I want to true the rear rim and make sure its good to go." I waited and my son and I had a great safe ride that afternoon. As others have said, they really do care about every person that walks through the door. They will give you all the time that they can and answer any question truthfully. Most importantly, they are men of Integrity and it shows. I hope my little write up will convince you to give them a try. They deserve your business and you deserve to be treated as well as you will be at CC Riders.

i am writing this review to correct a review that was apparently submitted in my name against C C Riders. The post was listed three years ago and complained about the service I received at C C Riders. I did not list this review. Had I had a complaint about the service I received, I would have done so in person and not under the guise of a review. To me that is chicken s---. I have had my four wheeler at C C Riders for repair of my bike and was totally happy with the service I received. As a matter of fact, they have worked on every 4 wheeler I own. I have never used a different shop to work on my bikes.I have had no reason to look elsewhere for service. They do what they say they are going to do and the rate is not outlandish. I have been totally satisfied with everything they have done for me and will not use a different shop for my needs. I say again that I did not list the negative review. I went on Google and tried to delete the review and was not allowed. I contacted Google and asked them why I couldnt change my review. They said I could but it had to be from the same computer and/or account that posted the review. I have had the same computer for the past 6 or 7 years. That post is 3 years old. In closing, let me reiterate that I am totally satisfied with the service I received every time I have taken something to these guys. They are all likeable guys that are very proficient in everything they have done for me, on all three 4 wheelers I have taken them. If you want your bike fixed right at a good price, C C Riders is the place to go. I want to apologize to the staff for the bogus post that was entered in my name. Any complaints that I might have with any business would be done face to face and not while hiding behind a computer. I will try to find out thru Google where the post originated. Please disregard that post as it is bogus and could not be more inaccurate as to their performance, service, and pricing.

Good combination - hometown feel with dealership expertise. I have dealt with everyone from the owner and his family to the parts guys to the techs, all of which treated me with the respect due a customer, but yet there was a feeling of camaraderie that can only come from other motorcycle enthusiasts. They thank me for my business every visit and make me feel welcome whether I am there spending money or just stopping in. Parts prices I have found to be competitive with online parts sources. They take their work very seriously. As Kevin (the owner) pointed out, they are cognizant that the life of every rider that leaves there depends on the quality of the work that was done, and being riders and competitors themselves brings that fact sharply into focus. I have recommended them to many close friends (something you dont do unless you trust the shop implicitly) with happy results every time. I would recommend them to anyone. Unless you are an a**hole, in which case please dont waste their time, They have happy, devoted customers to take care of.

My husband went down to get new tires on his Kawasaki ZRX1100 and ended up with even more than expected. Not only did the team at CC Riders take the time to fit him with the perfect option for his bike, but in addition installed the clutch lever he bought elsewhere and fixed his dash lighting at no extra cost while he was waiting. The guys treated his motorcycle like it was their own and interacted with him like they had known each other for a while. The pricing on the tires was at least the same and in the vast majority of cases better than anywhere else from Lakeland to Pinellas Park, and the service is second to none. If you own a bike and want reliable, efficient, cost effective and plain elite customer service then CC Riders is where you want to go. Very convenient location right off Polk Parkway and 98 so really easy to get to from anywhere in Central Florida. If you care about your bike and want anybody touching it to care as well then this is where you want to go!

Worst motorcycle shop you can take your bike to. My first motorcycle I brought to them they kept on saying was fixed then it kept breaking down on me. I would bring to the shop and they would take forever to do anything and the whole process would repeat. Eventually I gave up on this bike and bought a new one(on their suggestion). After having them inspect the bike I purchased only to have the engine die less than a year later. I brought to the shop and they said they would look for a new engine. I called on numerous occasions and the owner was having trouble finding an engine. I left it there hoping they would find an engine. After about 5 months I got a letter in the mail stating they put a lean on my motorcycle. Now I am losing my bike. I tried to talk to Kevin (the owner) and he was rude to me and just hung up on me. If you want your bike to work and want to keep it DO NOT BRING TO THIS SHOP!
