Have been using Cycles R Us for a few years now...The staff is extremely helpful with questions from the do it yourselfers...pretty quick on ordering parts and getting them in, not to mention the phone call to let you know your parts are in. Its nice having a face to deal with rather than a book or computer screen...Thanks for the great service...ill be in today to order my clutch case

Cons: Mostly useless junk. Aftermarket prices are higher than average. Pros: Employees are dumb as rocks and severely underpayed lol. Anyone above an entry level experience can easily get one over on them or just hand them $10 to look the other way.

Exceptional service!!! Very friendly, helpful and they get it done when they say they will, and hen they follow up. Prices are great and they dont look for ways to jack up the repairs. Great on older bikes. Could not ask for better service.
