Went in today to pick up a spark plug for my sons 2002 Suzuki LTA-50. Had my two young sons with me. My oldest son is just starting to ride, hense the little 50. I have been in this place a few times this spring getting parts for the 5 ATVs that we own. And I got to say that two of the girls working the parts counter suck. Only one of the girls cares to be there, sorry I dont know the girls names. But the only one thats worth dealing with is the girl that has her motocross bike behind the counter, she has helped me in the past and has been great. Today I was helped by a red headed girl and you could tell she didnt care that much to help me because I was only buying a $3 spark plug. I asked the girl for the gap size for the LTA-50 and she told me that the computer will not tell her the gap. Youre a dealership and you cant tell me the gap size of a ATV you sell parts for? A guy walked over and started to look it up but I told him forget it, Ill look it up when I get home. Just so she knows its .028. The other girl that sucks, I believe I heard her say she was in school to become a powersports mechanic, but not sure about that. She has a cloth head band on keeping her hair pulled back, every time I see her. The first interaction I had with her a few weeks ago went I was buying a UNI air filter, 2 stroke oil and some odds and ends parts. She jumped in on a conversation I was having with the girl that has her motocross bike behind the counter. She rudely cuts into a conversation and asks about a ATV that I was selling at the time, and offers me $5 for it. I was like WHAT? then she said OK $10, if you think your being funny to customers your not its just rude and you shouldnt talk. Also today I was helped by Tyler Will in the accessories department. He was great, I bought a FOX Raptor chest protecter for my oldest son. Its the best price that I have seen the chest protecter even better then online. Tyler went to look for a youth size 1 pair of boots and brought out what he had in stock. It was a taller FOX comp3 boot and I almost bought them because my son liked them but I am going to hold out for a short pair. Tyler went as far as to let my youngest son try on the boots because he was feeling left out. I have bought a helmet, goggles, jersey, pants, and gloves in the past from the accessories department and they have always been great and should be rated 5 stars. I have even in the last month sent a friend there to pick up a helmet for his son who is also just started to ride. I rated this one star on the hope that someone at Roush Motorsports will read it and address the parts department staff. I am a price shopper and have found that Roush Motorsports prices are good. I have compaired their prices to competitors in the area and to online stores and auction sites but when you add shipping Roush is as low or lower.

So, I go in and see a bike that i was very interested in purchasing. The salesman was very pleasant and willing to do business. Though, I happened to come in after the banks closed so I couldnt complete the financing process that day. He went in the back to check if there was any other interest in the bike and i was told i was the first person that put interest in the bike and it would be held for me. The finance director advised they would be on starting my app the next business day, but that he and my salesperson would be off the day i would complete the process. So i was told to call the finance department to complete my financing process to make it easier for me when i come back. The day came to complete the process and i called them. I was told they couldnt find my paperwork. Then they said they would call when they find it. An hour passed. I called again and they stated they were processing it and would call back. 2 hours passed. I called again and a guy stated that they completed the financing but it was "gonna be a pretty high down payment, like 1300 to 1800, so i dont know if you want to do that" (unbeknown to him, i was willing to put down 1300 to 1800). I asked him if the bike was still available, because it was obvious he was trying to steal my salesmans sale. He said "yea but we got a guy here whos ready to buy it he put his offer in"...Is that how the place operates? I called my salesperson on his cell phone and told him i felt like i was being given the runaround. He said he would call me back after talking to the dealership. The dealership finally called me (the other sales guy) and stated the bike was just sold and they had another bike id like. I told them no thanks and I wanted the one that I was told was going to be held for me. A day later my salesperson called and asked if i was interested in the "other bike". I let him know i bought a brand new bike...the day they sold the bike i was told was being held for me. (Glad they screwed me, I like my new bike even better) I think Ive said enough about the business practices here.

2016. Bought my second motorcycle at Rick Roush. Once again Scott Emerson was awesome and got me the deal I needed. I love visiting Rick Roush, because they treat you like family. I tell all my family and friends to go to Rick Roush for the best deals and customer service anywhere in Ohio. Skip the hassle and go straight to these people. Why go to any other dealer and be treated like a number, when you can go to Rick Roush and be treated like a person?! Scott Emerson handles Internet sales and despite being very busy he always gets back to you. Best waiting area of any dealership Ive ever seen. They actually have motorcycle magazines and brochures to read. What a concept!! This is a dealership for motorcyclists, run by motorcyclists! Rick Roush Motorsports is the only place Ill buy a motorcycle and you should too. Thanks for another great buying experience! You all rock!! 2014 It was worth my two hour drive to save money and deal with a great crew. I found the deal on my new Boulevard on the great Rick Roush website, and contacted Scott Emerson. Scott responded to my request for information faster than any other dealership and helped me purchase the bike Ive been dreaming of for almost ten years now! Scott made purchasing my sweet new ride easy by taking my downpayment over the phone, and before I knew it I was riding home with a big smile on my face. Everyone at Rick Roush Motor Sports treated me with kindness, respect, and a willingness to help me any way they could. I would recommend Rick Roush Motor Sports to friends and family - I already started doing this. These people know what they are talking about, want to help you get the right bike for you, and leave you feeling good about your experience. Thanks Scott, Todd, Brian and everyone else on the crew!! See you on the road!
