Id been looking for a car for a long while. I was referred here and at first it was very promising. Around mid November I got a call that the type of vehicle Id been searching for came in and that it was in great condition. I saw the car and while there wasnt major damage, I had to point out to a salesman, the GM, and owner very obvious issues that they otherwise likely would not address. I test drove the car, raised the hood, and inspected it with my mother. When we pointed things out we were told they would be fixed or replaced before I took the car home. I pointed out a roaring noise as I test drove the car with the salesmen; as I lifted the hood, it immediately fell because the latches were missing; and I pointed out stains in the car. They all ensured me that these issues would be fixed before I picked up the car. I left that afternoon and unfortunately could not return later to sign for the car. When I called the dealership, the GMs tone changed. He acted as if I already owed him money when I never ever signed a thing. However, two weeks later when I came to sign and get the car, yes - it was clean. But the noise was still there and the latches were not (but I didnt discover that until later). I called them about the fact that the seat didnt work and when they went to fix that it was pointed out by the owner that they forgot to change the tires (another thing theyd sworn was already done). It took 3 hours to change the tires. They even had the nerve to ask me if I could call out of work because they were so slow. Twice they came and got the car from my job because I didnt have time to drop it off and because I dont live nearby. Once, they fixed the seat, while the second time was for a rattling in the back. Because I know how these cars are, when I learned the Upstate would be getting snow, I opened my hood to see how the car battery looked. I discovered that the latches were not there. This was Friday, January 6, and the saleman that answered was very rushed and said he had to go because of weather (which at the time there was no snow). I called the following Monday and spoke with the GM about the latches. I was told that they are very busy and that I needed to be patient. Also, that he would call me back once the latches were in. Thag was the last time Id heard from them. Match 22, I call back and was told that because Ive expressed unhappiness and discern for this business, the GM was starting to feel offend. He continously told me to stop talking, let him finish, etc. And I did. And I immediately pointed out holes in his story. He said these were "easy fixes", but could not answer why it wasnt done in the first place. He said the last time we talked was - and I interrupted him because I knew the last time we talked and I was tired of the lies. I was then told that hed have to get with the owner about fixing the things I was promised, BY THE OWNER HIMSELF, to see if the issues would now be able to be cared for. I as reminded of them coming to get my car from my job, which they did once. Once they took me to work (after they dragged feet replacing the tires that were supposedly already replaced and asked me to call into work) and obviously they had to drop it back off. The second time they promised theyd pick it up. They never showed the first time and after continuously calling, they came the next day. I made them aware of what time I got off, but it apparently didnt matter. When I called to remind them, a salesman picked up the phone and yelled "Okay, Ill call you back." And an hour after I was already off, they finally brought my car with no apologies. I get it. They have nice "looking" cars, its appealing expecially when money isnt what you want it to be at the time - but save yourself the trouble. Spend the extra money for peace of mind. Do your research. Shop with someone reputable. This place is not accredited with the BBB for a reason. Once youve signed, youre a number and every thunder personable is gone!

This company has to be one of the most unprofessional companies I have ever dealt with. This companies sales manager and staff has hung up in my face about a cash deal that we had in progress this all happened once I asked them for the service record, and to have the car checked by a reputable dealership. This was all gonna be on my dollar of course. The manager "Mr. Selvester Golden" started really becoming nasty and aggressive about the sale. Come on now we were gonna pay these guys $27,500 in cash for the sale. Im borkering the deal between you and a third party therefore I have my clients best intrest so im gonna protect my client. I also called the Mercedes-Benz dealership to book a appt myself to have the car overlooked and pre-inspected and they had no prior arrangement with this company and I was told this would happen and they would make the calls to the managing party of the Mercedes dealer from Mr. Golden, I was even paying all of the out of pocket expenses myself. They were completely booked, I was not made aware of this from this company. I then paid to have another third party inspector to come and look at the particular vehicle my client had an interest in. I called to make them aware of my arrangement with the third party state certified inspector and the manager told me he had to talk to his "DAD" to make this happen. We were gonna buy and pay cash for it, the manager kept avoiding my calls after being made aware of the inspection from his admin assistant. I dont see what the problem was. He also withheld pages of the carfax. Who does that? In my opinion maybe someone a little dishonest. So if you plan on looking here to purchase a car from here, ask them for a carfax, maintenance & service records from a third party dealership and other third party avenues on the vehicles history to make sure the vehicle was not abused in any fashion. I took my clients cash, canceled my inspection and brokered another deal with 15,000 less miles on the vehicle in texas and that manager had no problem with my arrangement to have the vehicle he was selling pre-inspected. Oh well you snooze you loose Xtreme Lil Boyz Toyz. I will never bring these guys my business or refer them any business never again. Buyer, Broker, Dealer BEWARE.....

DOOO NOOOTTTT go to this place to get a vehicle. They are liars and manipulators and if I could give a 0 I would. On Friday April 1, 2016 they gave me 2 cars that they said I was approved for. One was too small for my family size and the other had supposedly just came in a few minutes before I got there. The manager said he would have it serviced and detailed over the weekend and do all the final paperwork on Monday. He said to pay $100 deposit to hold the vehicle. They didnt call me Monday, I had to call them. The salesperson said everything looked good and to give them 30 minutes so they could change the oil. I got there at the time specified and saw the car I was to get parked up front. The salesperson told me to have a seat. 30 minutes later, the manager has me sit in the lobby. Another 30 minutes goes by and a different salesperson tells me I was not approved for the car that they told me I was and actually had sold it to someone else while I was waiting. The staff tried to pressure me into the small car that I repeatedly told them I did not want. They showed me another car that was supposed to be the same price as the other 2 that they said I was already approved for. 30 minutes later, they tell my husband, not me, that I couldnt get that car either. I asked for my deposit back then the salesperson hands me a phone to talk to "Dad," the owner, who says hes going to another sale on Wednesday and he knows he can get me something Ill like. I asked again for my deposit back. He said hell give it back but he wont be back at the dealership until tomorrow. I told him that his son that took my money is here so why cant he give it back? No answer was given to that question. I told them to just keep the money because its obvious they need it more than me and we left. A very unprofessional way to treat a prospective customer!!! Beware of this shady, crooked company!!!!!! ▶ Show quoted text
