Amazing experience. My husband had been looking for a specific motorcycle. After calling many dealers without success, he found Dal-kawa and hit gold. Not only did they go out of their way to get the exact model and color we wanted, but gave superior service. Mr. Ralph was extremely helpful. Keeping us informed every step of the way during the ordering process and delivery. He even came in on his day off to complete paperwork. Then, when our family went to pick up our new toy, the staff was incredibly kind to our 5 yr old daughter. She was so excited by the hat that Mr. Larry gave her she kept giving him hugs. I would highly recommend this dealership. They went above and beyond, making the experience memorable. 100% & 5

Great Experience, I emailed the store and told them what I was looking for. I asked to be contacted only by email and with a drive out price, the next morning I was emailed a price by Ralph the Sales Mgr that was fair and was much better than what I received in Atlanta without all the hassle. I called Ralph and secured the bike and the experience was top notch!! I would not hesitate to call on them again when I am in the market for another Bike!!! Thanks for the wonderful experience!!!

Unacceptable service told me to bring y jet skis there I asked himto fix them, three weeks later I get my jet skis back, take them to the lake the next day and they are not fixed. When I call him the following day they tell me that their policy is not to work on anything older than 10 years that it does not seem to him that they are his responsibility and he would rather not have my unfixed jet skis back at his shop. Thanks for nothing Adam

Ive been doing business with this group for about 6 years. They are accommodating, polite, and will bend over backwards for you. Ralph, in sales, is a fantastic fellow. Hes a straight shooter and will get you the deal if it is an option. Adam, in service, is probably one of the best mechanics Ive known and he can tune a carburetor like nobodys business. I encourage anyone to utilize this dealership for their purchase and service needs.

I was in Dal Kawa for almost an hour, sitting on bikes and looking at gear. In that time ONE sales associate said all of 5 words to me. The rest of the sales people completely ignored me. So I figured out which bike I wanted, and I went to MR Motorcycle in Asheville and bought one just like it. If you want good service and better prices, stay away from Dal Kawa.
