I took our Goldwing trike in for routine maintenance service 3 wks ago. We were told it would take 2 wks to complete and cost approx $200. I left it along with 2 phone numbers for contact. We never got a call so went to pick it up in 2 wks. I was then told it hadnt been started and would not be worked on for another 3 days. They said "2 wks to get on schedule, my bad." Again we left it to be worked on Tuesday and to be ready for pickup Wednesday. We got a call Tuesday afternoon asking if we wanted 24,000 mile checkup and break service which would increase fee to $500. I agreed but never got a call again so went on Saturday to pick up. I was given a bill for $706 and told parts not included in estimate. I was then told the noise in front was a cupped tire and they could change it if we wanted. We declined any further service. We were also assured from the beginning that our bike would be kept inside as we are very meticulous with our bike and it obviously had been kept outside. Our complaint fell on deaf ears it would seem, Hans came out to ask what the problem was and when I told him, he only said "we have been in service a long time and have an excellent reputation." He made no offer to compensate us for our dissatisfaction. I have worked in car sales for over 50 years and never treated a customer this badly. Addendum: June 15, 2017 My bad review was written based on poor communication between myself and the staff. Since then, Hans called me and we met and he is trying to rectify the situation. He has been apologetic, courteous and respectful and I plan to return for service on my trike there. Mike Delario

Being new to the area, my boyfriend needed a repair on his bike. Took it to Xtreme Powersports (the first time) and the shop had it for 18 days. Within 4 weeks after picking it up, the problem reoccurred so he took it back again. After 10 days, he didnt receive a single call from the shop, so we went by there in person to pick it up and go elsewhere. However, was told they just HAPPEN to be working on it that morning but was told the repair would be fixed again (free of charge) so decided to leave it. However, after another 11 days, no word about the bike so he had to follow up AGAIN. Come to find out, he needed more work done. Ha! Who didnt see that coming? Finally, went to pick up the bike and asked for the paperwork on what was done and guy was hesitant to give it to me. Rightfully so..big comment on the invoice stating "customer no fix at this time!!!!!!!!!!!!!!". Bottom line... (1) No communication, (except when they want your money). (2) It seemed like their phones do not make outgoing calls and even if you call the shop, the receptionist will always take a message. (3)Time is not important to them, 3+ weeks is totally unacceptable for any business. (4) Dont ask questions to the staff. They will tell you all they do is take cash and fill out service orders. (5) Paperwork will not be fully supplied or if it is, unprofessional notes will be documented if you dont use their service. To all considering this shop, STAY AWAY!!

No stars..no customer service,,stood in front of service mgr for 2 mins before he decided to acknowledge i was standing in front of him. No greeting, no smile...had my ride in on sept 1, 24 days in shop not a call. on day 23 i called to find out status, service person tells me, TECH.(haha) is on a test ride with a customer and give me your phone # and he will call you back when he comes back......26 hrs later i get a call...your ride is ready. This place is a joke and only reason its in business cause people buying this stuff are young and dont know what true customer service is. I had to come back to this dealer to show the TECH (haha) what he needed to do to fix small issue with intake. Never again,,i will ride 100 miles before i come back here..you lost a customer who pays and tips good.I dont ask for much, but i at least expect a greeting a smile and my repairs to be done in a timely fashion.

Gary is a ROCK STAR! After trying all the dealers in my area (Sarasota) for a G9x for a Charity ride from Key West to Alaska leaving July 1st, I reached Gary. It was like the clouds parted and Gary came riding down on a winged motorcycle. He not only had seemingly the only unit in the state, he said he would hold it while I sent Foxtrot Sierra to pick it up, right before they closed. Not only did he wait to make sure she got the unit, she said he gave outstanding service and was a pleasure to deal with (which is not the normal experience and many shops). So thank you GARY and thank you Xtreme Power Sports for having parts actually in stock. Nothing more frustrating than waiting days for parts. Wish us luck on our Charity ride to Alaska that you have now become a part of due to your great service by saying hi and liking us on Facebook at Enduro Experience.

A fellow co-worker recommended this place to me. I dropped my bike off this past Tuesday mornning (9 a.m) to see about an acceleration issue and to do some bike MODS. When I dropped it off, a service rep told me that someone would contact me within a day or two to let me know what they found out and how much it would cost. Today is Friday so I decided to give them a call for a quick update. Come to find out, they hadnt even started on the bike and wouldnt be able to start on it until next week! Now to be honest, this didnt surprise me because I am slowly starting to get a feel for how these bike shops work. It seems like most of them dont fool with appointments. All I hear is "just drop off the bike". I just wished they had told me that in the beginning or given me a call. I mean.. its 4th of July weekend! Ill post another review when the work is finished.

If I could give these guys a negative star I would. First they charge $200 over their estimate. When I asked why they charged so much over the estimate they say its because the estimate doesnt include parts and labor! I have never been anywhere where the estimate didnt include everything. Then they didnt even fix everything. I went to pick up the bike and the check engine light is still on. When I asked why the check engine light is still on they looked at me like I had my manhood growing out of my forehead. Then they just sat there and stared at my bike for about 5 minutes, as if they would stare the check engine light off. Honest to God! They just stared at the bike! I finally told them to get away from my bike because I didnt trust them to do anything else. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!! Not only are they dishonest but they are also incompetent.
