Gerald was outstanding to work with since my first call with him. He doesnt act like a sales guy, hes a rider and passionate about it. I bought a new bike from him and he even drove it down 3.5 hrs to me; I didnt ask him to do that but he did. Thanks Gerald!

THE best expeirence I have ever had. Got the bike for the lowest price around, and GERALD IS DELIVERING IT PERSONALLY TO ME IN CHARLESTON!!!. Avoid Champion Honda, ducati of Charleston at all costs. Go straight to Upstate! Jack H.

Bad customer service. Asking for technical service and they shut down. Not friendly unless they see your money first. Talking to them felt like maneuvering through a swamp.

They were able to inflate my motorcycle tires that went flat after another shop couldnt get them to hold air, and charged a fair price for it. Id go back for sure.
