They have sh*tty service to match their sh*tty bikes. They were extremely friendly when when I was in the process of purchasing my scooter. I felt at ease, especially once I found out my scooter came with a one year warranty. I paid for my scooter outright and drove it home a few days later after I got my motorcycle endorsement. Once I purchased the bike, however, things changed. Within a month of having the bike my gas gauge broke and the bike developed a very large squeak. When I took it in they told me it would take about an hour to fix, which wasnt a problem for me but I didnt have time to fix it that day. What was a problem was their explanation of the squeak, which was "Its a scooter. Its gonna squeak." The following week I took in my bike to have an oil change and asked them to fix the gas gauge as well. When I got it back, the gauge was still broken. I pointed this out to the service manager. He looked at the gauge and told me it was working because it moved a little. I insisted that he look in the gas tank and lo and behold, they had forgotten to replace it. Not only that but they were out of the gauge they needed for my particular scooter. They finally replaced it the following week. I also once spent five minutes standing at the door waiting for service while four employees stood in the back talking and looking at me. Once one finally came to see what I wanted, and realized that I was looking to buy another bike, suddenly I had two more employees eager for my money. Im glad that I havent purchased another bike from them, because today, I went to start my scooter and it wouldnt start. Since the scooter is less than 5 months old, I called because its still under warranty. Their response, its my responsibility to get my non-working scooter to their shop. They dont have a truck that can pick it up today, but even if they did, it would cost me at least $35. When I asked them why I was responsible for getting my bike to them when it was under warranty, their response was "Because thats not how we do business here. We dont pick up bikes." So despite fulfilling all of the requirements of my warranty, I cant get my bike fixed without shelling out more dough. The bottom line is take your business elsewhere. I cant believe I actually recommended this place to several of my friends. My husband and I were looking to buy a motorcycle next month. Needless to say, well be taking our business elsewhere.

well for starters I live in Atlanta, GA and got told one price over the phone and asked if the down payment included the ad valorem tax and they stated yes. upon my arrival they then told me no it didnt include it and that aside from the $1,500.00 down I would need to pay another $700.00 because they didnt know about the GA tax. (lucky for me I brought $2,000.00 extra incase I wanted to get a different bike.) next they told me before I left GA that my bike was already getting inspected and would be ready to drive as soon as I got there. welp... got there at 5pm and ...lets just say I helped them turn off the lights and lock the door... also I asked if I could test drive (my soon to be $24,000.00 junker) and they stated that in FL you cant test drive a motorcycle before you buy it. so after waiting for 4 hrs in the cold they finally drive the bike to the stop light and back and tell me its good to go. ummmm.NO I told them one of the head lights were flickering on and off and then it just stayed off. they said they would mail me a bulb. 2 weeks later still no bulb. also I found out after numerous times asking has the bike ever been laid down..they replied no...that was a lie. the bike had been in a low to medium speed wreck. (I had my resources find out all the details) the battery they gave me was junk. multiple fairing screws were missing. they didnt hook the air filter hoses back up correctly. along with multiple of other problems.. bottom line is I have had the bike for 2 weeks now. and the only time I have seen it run is when THEY test drove it for me. since I have gotten home it has never cranked so I took it to my AMA race shop buddies and have had to dump another $1,200.00 in it to get in where its even safe to drive on the streets without everything falling apart as I ride. there is soo much more I could say but ...*** DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE. THEY ARE TWO FACED AND ONCE YOU SIGN THE PAPER AND GO OUT THE DOOR THEY ARE GHOSTS...*** DEFINANTLY FOR ME SINCE I LIVE IN GA.... I SHOULD HAVE GONE TO "NEXT" for the best deal and if your reading this you should just go there first.

I had a great experience with these guys. Nicholas Buetelle was my sales representative and he took good care of me. They gave me what I wanted on my trade and also gave me a great deal on my new Harley. I was actually shopping around and received follow up calls from other dealers after my purchase. The other dealers were surprised I got such a good deal and some actually admitted that they couldnt match it. Thanks guys! Edit: 5/16/2016 I was told by Nicholasville when I purchased my bike that after 6 months I will be able to refinance my motorcycle to bring my payments down since I was paying $557/mo through Motolease. After 6 months I called Motolease and tried to refinance and was told that they can give me a payoff but there was no such thing as a refinance because Motolease doesnt finance motorcycles they lease them to you and at the end of the lease you can buy out the lease. I then went back to the banks and tried to get a loan and they told me I would have to establish credit because I have no credit. I told them that I have been paying Motolease and they showed me my credit report and Motolease was nowhere on there. Now the reality hit me. I gave $6000 down on a lease not a loan. WTF. Then Motolease doesnt report to the credit bureau unless its a derogatory complaint. So I was just throwing my money into a shredder. I called Motolease and told them to pick up the bike so they came and got it. If this was a loan Motolease would have had to give me money back but since it was a lease they just took the bike and sent me a bill for $19000.00. How does that make any sence? I gave $6000down on a $15000 bike. That makes $9000 plus $3750.00 in payments makes $5250. They sold the bike in auction for $14,000.00. Which means I should get money back. No. I get threats on a daily basis for the $19000 they say I owe. Things arent always what they seem. Be careful what you get into.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. Bought a brand new 150cc scooter, half cash down with 7 miles on it, drove it home and later that night it stopped starting. Called Eric the owner and he asked what I had done to it! Upon further inspection it was not put together properly as far as body was not clipped together properly, battery had died within a day of driving, front fender was not screwed on properly so it was loose and dangling over the front tire, and some minor cosmetic damages push me to think they lie about selling their products "new." Needless to say it was brought back to them to take a look, they had a day and a half, a friend stayed there to make sure the scooter was in working condition (what he thought was working condition) and later that night when hitting speeds of around 50 it would have a jerking feeling and again it shut off while it was being driven and had to be walked home. After inspecting the scooter again other clips had come undone on the body and the break line that hangs near the front tire was not looped through the clip to stop it from hitting the tire so it was hanging freely. They will not pick up your broken down scooter and if you buy from here, expect it, they will try to blame any problems with your scooter on you, the staff is not personable, knowledgeable, or helpful in any way, and if you are willing to buy their broken scooters and bikes, theyll definitely be happy to take your money. I would not recommended this place to my closest friend, family, maybe to my worst enemy, but I will NOT be buying from this junkyard again. These people are not willing to help you after they have received your money, buying from this place will only cost you more and more money.
