I have had three experiences with Love Motorsports, all have been phenomenal: November 2015 we bought my wife a 2011 Victory Cross Country. Im not saying I scored the lowest deal I possibly could on a 2011 Cross Country. I will say that they had the only white one with low miles on it I could find in a 400 mile radius of Mobile, AL. I emailed to inquire about the bike, one thing led to another and Tim and I were on the phone trying to reach a mutual agreement on the price. In the end they supplied and installed chrome bag guards that would have cost me nearly $300 to purchase and then marked the bike down significantly from their sticker price. We were introduced around to different people eventually being introduced to Patrick in parts who says since your buying a bike from us well give you a discount if you ever need parts. Im thinking yeah right I live in Mobile and this is lame. Its now December 2015 and I have wrecked my Victory Vision. I have a parts list and prices from online vendors and I remember what Patrick told me the previous month. I email him my list and he beat the best prices I could find online including shipping. No BS here, the savings were significant. Now its February 2016 and I need to change the oil in one of the bikes and its not urgent so I email Patrick again just to see if he can beat the online prices for a Victory oil change kit, they normally run around $70. Again shipped to my door for significantly less than I expected. In my opinion this is probably the most customer oriented business Ive ever dealt with. Guess where my next bike will come from? Guess who I recommend when someone is shopping for a bike and is willing to travel? Good people, go see them first and last.

The motorcycle shop is better then your hourly rate at other Motorcycle shops. $78.00 pet hour compared to $130.00 per hour. This place is by far better them any other motorcycle shop. I have a Goldwing and it is in better shape now then what it was when I had taken it to other honda shops. Chris and Gorge service advisers are the best. Dave the honda mechanic is very knowledgeable. They even trike youre bikes here also. If you go and you would like them to take charge of your motorcycle, tell them I sent you. Wide selection of used motorcycle for sale and also new Victories. They also sale all types of trailers, atv, etc... I have found me a new home away from home when it comes to my motorcycle. Oh yeah, they check other things that most other shops dont and they fix it for you. Example, loose bolts, tight glovebox latches. Their mechanics are the best. I am very pleased with them. When it comes time to trike the bike, they will be my go to place to have it done.

After about 5 years and many visits. I have to say they are no longer the dealership they use to be. They use to get you in, work with you and make you feel wanted. That is no longer the case. I thought they had changed ownership, because the feel of the p!ace is night and day since just last year. Now they just put you on perpetual hold. Dont even bother with hold music and ads any more. After being on hold for 15 minutes and having to hang up and call back just to leave a message, they called back ONCE when I wasnt available. Finally called back a week later and was on hold this time for 20 minutes. (Good hing about cell phones is that they time these things). When I decided to hang up and call back, all they could do was put me on how!d AGAIN. I guess they have just got too busy to care about the customer. Once I was a dedicated customer (driving 90 minutes), now I might as well go 15 minutes for the same treatment.

About 2 years ago I had a undesirable experience with this shop, I didnt feel as though my bike was properly diagnosed and after spending hundreds of dollars fixing one thing after the next my bike was still not fixed. I asked to speak with the owner several times and was even blown off by him at one point on an scheduled appointment with him. But this post is not to bash him or his company because in the end we were able to come to an agreement in which he did what he could to help and although the service guys werent very nice or knowledgeable, his parts manager Patrick was extremely nice and helpful throughout the entire process and for that I would have to say I was satisfied. Love motor sports is an outstanding company. The customer service provided by my main man Sonny Mullen was exceptionally awesome. Sonny has made my buying experience very easy going and done with honesty. I would recommend Sonny and the whole Love motor sports to anyone looking for toys or just a vehicle to have a good time on. I would also like to thank the people at Love motor sports for helping me fix my flat tire and plugging it for free. Outstanding people and outstanding service. Ended up waiting 2 hours for them to tell me Id been declined for financing, after the salesman told me I had a really good chance of getting a loan out with them. They also tacked $2300 in fees onto a $4400 bike, which is ridiculous for any dealership, especially for one in Citrus County where not a lot of people have any money. Definitely wouldnt consider trying there again unless Im buying an expensive enough bike to justify all their fees and time wasting.

Very good group of guys..not like other shops..only thing is dont call and ask for a vehicle to be picked up because they cant do it right away..maybe they should have someone just to pick up vehicles.just a idea guys..other than that its all good..very satisfied..parts are almost 9 outta 10 times in stock and ready to pick up..good job dudes and dudettes..

They fixed our bike tire for free because it was a workers screw up...We was told we have to pay for a new tube which we had no problem with since it was 5 weeks before it left my husband stranded but after they got it off the rim to find out the old air valve stem was left inside the tire...So my husband was a very lucky guy it only went flat on him...

This dealer had the best prices Out of over 20 dealers I emailed! The service and Salesman where great, no pushy hard sales and the staff including the sales manager Tim who I had never meet did not try and up sale to me. If you guys want a great price with great customer service go see Josh Hall at Love motorsports.

We were treated very well by Tim. We test drove it to breakfast and he kept us in the loop throughout the process. No dealership games and gimics. Great customer service which is tenfold to powersports of ocala and Wesley chapel performance Honda where we walked away from deals due to their poor service representatation.
