My experience with Brandon Harley-Davidson was absolutely the most negative and manipulating deal I have ever been involved with. Ive been riding Harley Davidsons for 45 years, and have never had a dealership lie and manipulate a deal as badly as this one did. I went in looking for a used trike and found one. It was a 2015 with 4000 miles on it and still under factory warranty until September. The sales guy went out and looked at my bike as a trade-in and quoted me (in writing) $6700 as a trade-in. Unfortunately I was called back home to Ohio for a family emergency, and as a result, put a $500 hold on the trike until I came back to work on the sale. I came back approximately 10 days later and the sales manager reduced the quote on my trade-in by a third of the original quote. The salesman I was working with (Chief) and I continued to try and work some sort of a deal; however the sales manager would not agree to any of the terms that either the salesman or I came up with. My belief is that while I was gone another deal had been struck with the trike and that the sales manager would not have approved any deal that we tried to make. I feel lied to, manipulated, and downright played a fool. I personally will never purchase anything from Brandon Harley-Davidson again. There is not a Number low enough for me to accurately devalue the evaluation of this particular dealership. All I can say to all the Harley riders and buyers out there is when you deal with these people, if you choose to deal with these people "buyer beware". I will say that the salesman that I dealt with, a gentleman by the name of Chief was very kind helpful and I believe did his best to keep this deal alive however, the sales manager was not going to allow it to happen. I must say, after deliberation with not only the general sales manager Sergeant Major, but with with the sales manager Pat Torre as well as my salesman Chief, everything came to a happy ending with me getting the bike that I wanted at the price I wanted to pay, everyone was very accommodating with my plight and assisted me in every way possible. To the point of coming to my residence, picking me up and bringing me back to the dealership to pick up my bike and sign the paperwork. I must say that my prior evaluation of this dealership was made out of anger and disappointment, and will give them the courtesy of saying they made it right, not only did they make it right they made it better.

Happy, Happy, Happy with this Awesome dealership! The purchase of our new (to us) bike took over a year’s worth of trips to Brandon Harley before we found exactly what we were looking for. We had wanted to upgrade to a larger bike for quite some time, but we couldn’t afford a new one. Never once did anyone tell us that we were hanging around too much. We went in this past Saturday, just looking for an accessory for our current bike. As usual we made our rounds to say hello to all of the departments. When we got to the service department our service advisor, MANNY, told us that they had just taken in a bike on trade, and he felt it was just what we were looking for. He was right and it even had the adjustable foot pegs that I (passenger) needed! A few months ago, DARRELL, one of the salesman at Harley Brandon, introduced us to the accessory item that would make it possible for me (passenger) to sit comfortably (I’m short). Back then we had almost given up the thought of a larger bike because we do a lot of long distance riding, so I have to be comfortable. We were talking with Darrell one day, and he told us about the Adjustable Passenger Pegs. (Even with the chrome saddle bag protection bars removed, I still wasn’t comfortable.) This kept our pursuit of a larger bike going. I also wanted to thank our parts advisor, BRUCE, who has always been very efficient and accommodating. KELLY, our salesman, has been an absolute trooper for the past year, putting up with all of our questions and showing us bike after bike. When it came down to the finance and insurance information, BEEF, the finance manager, is the best! We have purchased many cars, trucks, ATV’s etc. over the years, but we have never felt so comfortable with a finance manager as we did with him. He took his time with us and explained everything and competently answered all questions we had. Never once did we feel that he was trying to rush us. Even after the deal was done and over, he helped us secure a great rate with bike insurance! Let’s not forget the girls at the reception desk; they always have a smile (be it in person or over the phone) and a sincere welcoming hello for you. I don’t think this should be overlooked, because I’ve called and been to other (Non Tampa Harley’s) who don’t greet you over the phone or in person the same way. We look forward to a long relationship with Brandon Harley. Many thanks to you too Sargent Major (General Manager)!

This place is my 2nd home! Ive been to many Harley-Davidson Shops all over the place, and I have to say that NO ONE compares to this one. The Brandon Harley-Davidson Dealership is the BEST out there! The customer service here is the best that I have ever experienced ANYWHERE! Ive been a retail manager for Best Buy and now a General Manager for Starbucks & I know what is expected in good customer service. The employees here take it to an entirely new level. You are not just a customer to these people, youre FAMILY! The staff in the service department know their stuff & I leave my 2013 Harley Davidson Switchback with them knowing that they are going to take care of it and treat it with loving hands. The insanely knowledgable salesmen & saleswomen are always on hand to answer any questions about my "next" future purchase. With all that being said, I have to take a moment & call out some very special ladies who always brighten my day from the moment I walk in the door to when I walk out the door; remember the comment about you being family, well they are the first and the last reason you know you are. You lovely ladies never cease to bring a smile to my face when I walk in those doors. Kayle, Christina & Jennifer - you ladies ROCK!!! As for Allie, shes one of a kind! She always makes a point of saying HI and asking how I am doing. She always takes time to answer any questions I have & will go out of her way to make sure I get the information I am looking for. My employees could take a lesson from Allie on how to provide amazing customer service & creating an experience that I am happy to share with anyone & everyone I meet. Thank you! You guys can never know how much I love coming into your store if only to "wish shop" & see friendly & welcoming faces. You all are "FAMILY" to me. Thank you! Mark Rowley
