Horrible experience with manager named Laura. Went in to buy my daughter a betta fish. The cup was marked veintail. It was also in the veintail section. Those type are 3.99. Laura declared that the fish inside the cup was a half moon ($15.99). She would not sell the fish as the vaintail price despite the incorrect marking and placement. My daughter is five and she was very rude to her. Told her just go pick another. Another customer was standing next to me and I told her watch what one she got or Laura would change the price. Laura told me to stop harassing her customers. The lady looked at her and told her I wasnt harassing her. Laura looked back at me and said your harassing my customers. The lady walked out due to her rudeness and so did I. Had the fish been marked correctly and in the correct place I wouldnt have minded the price but since it was not the price should have been as marked. She also should not have been rude to my five year old. We have nine large fish tanks and two betta tanks. My daughter has three of those big tanks and cares for them herself. That was the worst customer service Ive ever seen. I did call corporate and will be calling the store manager as well.

Girls in the grooming salon are very knowledgeable and their passion shows emensly! the young woman Rachael approached me while I was looking at brushes in store and informed me the best ones to use also the benefits of bringing my lab in to the salon and Im very happy I did they do a great job my dog came out so happy and sparkling and I watched as another young girl that wasnt even working on her came to pet and soothe my dog during service. It is Comforting knowing these girls we leave our pets in the care of are so compassionate and friendly

Great experience with the wellness clinic for puppies shots! Would highly recommend if you need shots go to this Petco over any other location, as they have a private vet room unlike other locations. Vet was very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful.

I liked the old set up they had especially for the saltwater fish. Their new setup just looks sad. They had little to no fish in all of the saltwater section. Other than the fish display its an ok store.
