Ordered a bike, got an unbelievably great price when compared to MSRP. visited store. put down payment. was told bike would arrive in 7 to 10 days. visitted the following week. paid the second half. was told bike is on schedule. 7 to 10 days later. bikes was a no show. was told bike would arrive the thursday of the following week just in time for my weekend ms150 ride. came in thursday to pick up my bike. bike still not there. was told they were unable to contact the shipping company and get an exact location on the freight order which my bike was garenteed to be on. contacted shipping company myself! got all the information i needed! how does a buisness survive with such poor information feedback to the customer, is beyond me! i never got one phone call to tell me ahead of time, "sir, it wont be here". needless to say missed my ms150 ride! was told the freight would arrive today 04/19/2010 by the shipping company. was given a tracking number. freight arrived today confirmed on the shippers site. my bike was not on that freight!!!! can it get better? of course! was told the bike would be there tomorrow! told the gentleman attending me to give me a tracking number for my bike. was told they didnt have one. i insisted to visit the trek website. instantly popped out a tracking number! clicked on tracking number. showed bike would not be there tomorrow but wednesday! i clearly cannot trust that either! waiting till 04/21/2010 now! will never do buisness with this dealer again!will never do buisness with trek bikes! very very nice people at this location. but their customer service is pure trash, their call return is non existant! extremely dissapointed. i will write formal letters to trek! will attempt to contact store owner of bikes to go!

Came here to buy an inner tube for my bike, and was even contemplating buying a brand new bike for my son. As soon as I walked in the door I was greeted with rudeness and imposing intimidation. I laughed it off and proceeded to ask about the specific inner tube, a guy at the counter tried to sell me a used tube instead of packaged brand new tube for a few bucks cheaper than a regular brand new one, which I was initially looking for. Funny how many people in Miami are filled with a deadly combination of arrogance and ignorance, a few of the workers or "store rats" assumed I didnt speak Spanish and began speaking about me in Spanish. I turned around, walked off and took my business down the road. This business lost a good sum of about $1500.00 from me that day, just for being a store full of douche bags and ignorant skeemers. I hope the owner reconsiders who he employes in the future.

I called to ask if theyd give me their trash. My son needs an old tube so he can use the shraeder valve. I called 4 stores today. The others all took the time to check and one of them (MackCycle) said theyd keep an eye out for them and save them for my son...but I was hoping to get some today without buying a new tube, so thats why I called Bikes To Go. The guy was a jerk. He was impatient. He said they throw the tubes right away immediately and doesnt know what they threw away. I am okay that they didnt have any but I didnt like his attitude. Sure, I wasnt calling to buy anything today...I was looking for their trash. But you better believe when I do need something from a bike store, I am not calling this guy. I will call MackCycle.

Im a bike commuter...I have a decent mountain bike that just needed some routine maintenance. After reading the other reviews from this page, I decided to just stay on it until it was done. They have a very competent repair staff. They had my bike for roughly 5 days...but they did me right. They knew that I was not looking for top of the line parts...its a commuter bike...I want cheap but durable parts, and thats what they gave me. My 9 year old bike feels brand new now, and it didnt cost me an arm and a leg. My advice...keep on them until its done, and youll be happy with the end product.

Bought a used bike for $80 and a couple weeks later both the brakes stopped working. The estimate to fix the breaks were $50 ($25 each) for a bike that costed me $80 a couple weeks ago. I decided to fix one because I was desperate. Again a couple weeks later, the seat literally fell off, which was estimated to cost another $30. On top of selling me seemingly good used bike, the cashier guy was rude and could seem to understand the situation, let alone be empathic. Do not buy used bikes from here!! It will end up costing double what they say, in the end.

Excellent shop (so far). New ownership for about a year or so, and completely different (shop). Very small, decent inventory. Awesome techs, great time frame. Cant beat it!!! To the jerk that left negative review because you didnt get free tubes, well youre a jerk. I can see how hard these guys are working, and unfortunate that people like you use a forum like this to leave a bad review. You are NOT even a customer. My pricing was reasonable, and think these guys are giving me my moneys worth!

These people are extremely rude. Very poor customer service, impossible to get them to help you, and ignore you when you ask questions. Mack is much better and much cheaper, which is why Mack is much more successful. Dont take my word for it, just look at the number of customers and the ratings. This place is awful... Hope this place goes out of business. And Im pretty sure their employees have left the only good reviews theyve received.

Family atmosphere! I was very welcomed as soon as I entered. I was quoted an affordable price to replace both tires and explained in detail as to the benefit for the change. I was offered also the opportunity to join the monthly cycling gathering that happens each month. Im so happy I found this place and know I will be returning again, especially for the critical mass event each month.

Customer service is VERY poor, there are always random people that are not customers "store rats" laughing and joking with the manager/owner/workers, while they are advising on products/services to you. NOT PERSONAL AT ALL. The elder Cuban technician guys are great, but the rest awful. I was given a price for a service and then it went up without them telling me of the changes made.

Very nice people and very simple store. They know a lot about bikes. Do not judge by its cover, when you go in, ask for your specific needs, they will help you. They helped me to find the right cycling shows to fix my HOT FEET! First thing they told me, you need wider shoes. They have years of experience. Worth going there. I heard plenty good things about that store.

The best repair service in Miami. they have been around for a long time unlike all of these new shops popping up in Miami. they really now the South Florida cycling culture. They are always more than willing to help you with any of your cycling needs.
