First off, this review is about a year late, and Ive done this on purpose. I found electricbikeshoponline was in my city, sold the electric bike I wanted, and was more than helpful when I had a problem right after purchase. I bought a Prodeco G-Storm e-bike for an excellent price, and when I test rode it, I goes I ran over a little toothpick sized bit of wood, a piece of mulch or something. I chose the one already set up rather than waiting for a new one to be ordered from the manufacturer, so I took this bike home and got a flat. I called the owner back and she said to go to the nearest bike shop, told me where it was based on my location, and said that she would reimburse me for the cost. It would need a new tube. So I went to the place which was in the same mini mall as we were going to eat at, and the guy said because the tube is a special size he didnt have it. But all was not lost. He could patch it and it should hold. He didnt sound too ambitious about a patched tube though, and said it should be replaced soon. Well the patch failed after a day or two. A day or two later the owner called to tell me that the company had sent her 3 tubes and they were all for me. I brought the bike in - this bike folds in half so it fits in the trunk of any car except maybe a yugo - and she put the new tube on and balanced the wheels for me. There was no charge and I actually didnt bother with the receipt for the patch because it was only like 10 bucks. Oh - I sort of freaked out when the tube went and emailed the manufacturer too, because I had been on that site to register the bike, so I wanted to buy some tubes. Prodeco called me and said theyd give me 3 tubes and where to mail them. Then they called back and said theyd already sent me three to the electricbikeshoponline store and did I need 6 tubes or was 3 ok? I laughed and said that of course im happy to have the 3, if I have the bad luck to go through those then Ill call. I know they sell these tubes on the website, so it was very nice of them to give me the tubes, and it was also nice of the owner to take the extra time in checking all of my bike when I brought it in for the tube. Im probably going to go back just to get the wheels balanced and whatever maintenance I should consider for it, if anything needs to be tightened or oiled or anything. Dont expect to walk in between normal business hours here, as the owner does more than just sit in the bike shop all day. Do expect exceptional service. Every call we made was returned, and every discussion was very helpful. I bought the bike here because I wanted a place to bring it every year or two for this type of maintenance I discussed earlier, and I feel confident that Im in good hands. A year later, my bike is still like brand new. I dont ride much because of my physical issues, but do try to take the bike out every couple of weeks for a ride. I think Ive charged the battery a handful of times. Im going to bring the bike in for service soon, but only because I want the wheels balanced. The only drawback to this bike is that its heavy. Everything else is perfect. You wont get this quality at this price from another manufacturer in my humble opinion.

I recently purchased a Prodeco Outlaw from The Electric Bike and Scooter Shop in Port St Lucie, Florida. I shopped around quite a bit both online and researching other area shops before making the purchase. I decided i wanted to purchase an Outlaw from a shop, so the bike would be completely set up and functioning properly when I received it . I am pretty mechanically competent but with a new technology I would rather avoid the guess work. I also wanted a shop I could call on for maintenance and to trouble shoot any issues that arise with the bike. I met with Linda the shop owner arranged for the bike to be set up how I wanted it, upon receiving the bike Linda was very informative on the bikes systems and basic maintenance issues. She was also very accommodating in helping me set up the bike with accessories. I had one small issue with the battery charger which she remedied immediately. I am so happy I went with a brick and mortar shop, If you purchase from a web site, most never see a bike. and if and when you have maintenance issues you will be on the phone with the factory whose main focus is manufacturing bike not maintaining. Linda is very enthusiastic about the technology and knows the bikes inside out. I definitely recommend the Electric Bike and Scooter Shop. Ride more,Stress less!

The Electric bike shop is the only place to shop as far as Im concerned. Linda carries the best line of bikes and scooters. All The manufactures have a warranty. She did a lot of research to get us the best electric bikes and scooters that are available to us. (meaning dependability, durable ,longevity. I am on my second bike from Linda,. first one still running has close to 5000 miles on it. Second one still knew only 1000 miles on it and it is running great. I had a small issue with my newer one it is still under warranty. I called Linda described the problem over the phone next day she met with me and replaced what was wrong with it and. Now it is running great. The best part of buying a bike from Linda is you get to meet a really nice person with such high moral values. (In todays world not to often do you have a chance to meet such a wonderful person).THANK YOU LINDA best regards CHRIS & SANRA G.
