terrible quality & service, my son took one our bikes to get a pedal put back on LAST Monday, they said it would be ready the next day, the next day they said it would be another week later on Tues by 5, arrived at 5 the bike would not be ready til 7, until we asked for the bike and part to do it ourselves, suddenly the bike was on the rack, so they could get our money, basically did a repair without permission, also asked for a 24 size inner-tube & with the tire in hand that said 24 they gave us a 26 that did not fit when we got it home for another bike, my husband & son are on their way back with the wrong size inner-tube to get the right one but we will not be using this bike shop nor recommend anyone to go there, EVER, the lowest possible quality it will let me choose is "poor-fair", it should be "very poor" these people are morons!! also was given 3 different estimates for this one simple repair my 2 year old could do, it takes 30mins to an hour to build a bike out of the box & these people couldnt put a pedal on in 9 days! terrible terrible terrible TERRIBLE

Many thanks to Roqué at Bike America in Pembroke Pines. I was introduced to the store because they sponsor The SMART Ride that takes place every November from Miami to Key West. After speaking to Roqué on the phone and email he sent me links to bikes that suited my needs. I visited in person and the recommendations were spot on - perfect bikes for me. The quality of their inventory is truly amazing. Beach cruisers, electric bikes, racing bikes, and every day rides are available to view and test drive. Prices are extremely reasonable for what youre getting - certainly a better deal than the big sport stores. I was really impressed with the personal service, the selection and the prices. I bought one for my partner as well because the bikes were so affordable.

Went to buy a cruiser, opted for a used bike ( Diegos sisters used bike). Assistant was pleasant, told me the price would be dropped from $400 to $380 if I paid cash. Went across the street to take out the money. Then came the payment, the assistant asked Diego how to change the price so it would be $380 with tax. Diego refused to change the price, even through I only had $380 ( for a used bike!); saId I can pay the extra tax money on my debIt card, for that I would have not taken out the money and paid with the debIt card........ genIous. No way to treat a customer, trying to squeeze every last penny, shame on you Diego! They lost my business and got this review.

I did a transition from a mountain bike to a road bike, my ride buddies always have to wait for me on our rides, I did not have any idea of what bike to choose and neither at what affordable price, So I went to Bike America at Pembroke Pines, they measure me and they recommended a really good speed bike and best Quality BMC team machine , at excellent price , this guys knows a lot of what they do, I tried it yesterday on a ride of 23 m and that was very good, Bike america keep up the good work!!

I would like to recognize Chad at the Pembroke Pines store for the personalized and outstanding service he provided me.I have been calling and visiting multiple bike businesses over the past month. Chad made this Bike America store stand out above all the rest. Chad spent the most time, had the most experience and genuinely showed the most care compared to these other establishments. He displayed great listening skills and professional customer service. This store is highly recommended

I was interested in getting into mountain biking and was looking for advice, suggestions and answers. Diego helped me out and he was great. He took the time to explain about the different bikes, components, etc. and matched me with a bike that fit my budget and had the proper components to assure I have a good experience as a beginner rider. He did not push more expensive bikes on me and I felt very comfortable and never pressured. Definitely recommend.

I am more of a recreational rider... not planing on keeping up with Lance anytime in the foreseeable future. Prices are pretty good, comparable with online and the advice was good. I felt comfortable taking with the tech there and given that many other shops seem to talk down to you if your not riding a $2500 bike this was refreshing. Many other shops have a habit of ignoring customers who arent high end buyers and I didnt feel that way here.

777 LUCKY is probably a competitor bad mouthing without providing details. I went to this store recommended by a friend of mine. I needed a good bike but I am not really savvy or ride a lot. The store manager spent 30 mins showing me several bikes according to my needs. I saw a bike I liked but he steered me towards another bike he said fitted my needs better, although it was a cheaper one. I am really happy with my purchase.

Bought my first bike from Diego at Bike America. I am very happy with my purchase & experience! Diego is a cool dude, very down to earth, very easy to talk to. While I did not need much help with my bike selection, as I already knew what I wanted, Diego made sure the post sale was handled as promised. I would recommend this place in a heart beat, for everyone from the beginning rider to the avid cyclist!

Took a bike in to have a specific chain, pedals and valve stems put on it. Two weeks later we go to pick it up and they put a cheap chain on and supposedly did a tune up/cleaning. The bike is not "clean" there are no new valve stems and no pedals. Chain falls off as we are loading it up. Slow, terrible service and would not recommend them to anyone.

I have had two flat tires in the last 3 months. Both time these guys were able to fix in and out in under 15 minutes. Very reasonably priced. Skipped the drive to Target and listening to my husband curse for 20 minutes while he wrestled with the tube. Easy peasy fix with this store at a fair price.

These guys are amazing. Took my bike in to get a crank arm replaced. They had the parts I needed and didnt try to sell me expensive parts or hound me to buy additional services. PJ (BJ?) helped me out and was great to work with. I will take my bike back to them every time I need something done.

Went to Bike America for the first time on my lunch break with full intention of purchasing a bike. Unfortunately I stood around for more then 10 minutes before walking out. No one in the store even acknowledged my existence while standing there or even as I left. No hospitality what so ever.
