Please do not shop here We recently purchased 2 bikes here and dropped 2 off for service Only 1 was worth fixing so we donated the other one When we got the bike back from being serviced it had been stripped of the lock and holder that attaches to the frame After hassling with corporate for over a month they agreed to replace the lock. They stole a kryptonite lock and holder and replaced it with a cheap spell code cable lock. If that wasnt upsetting enough the code had been preset to say TURD! We will NEVER shop here again DO NOT TAKE YOUR BIKE HERE FOR SERVICE

The staff that I spoke to didnt know much about the product they were selling not to mention they were not attentive and they were dull. Their stock is just fine, but the customer service was horrible, I even got a bit of indirect attitude at one point. I might as well have been alone in the shop.

Got a semi decent bike from them,and the front fork broke the second day. Now I have been without a bike for almost 6 weeks for them to get parts. Not my problem, but it is in the end,it sucked and I will never go there again.

I bought my bike there after HS and they repaired my bike! Great customer service! Got my gears fixed by Fabian. He got the work done in less than 15 minutes. I went there announced and they immediately helped me.

Overall performance bike is a good store. Good products at a good price. The staff here though couldnt care less about helping me pick out a pair of shoes or helping me out in general. I might as well shop online.

The store manager was very helpful and spent about 30 minutes with me talking about road bikes. The store is large with great accessory, clothing, and bike options. They also have a large area for bike repairs.
