I am disappointed with the quality of customer service this place offers I bought a pair of cycling shoes just two days ago and they were on sale They fit right while at the store but its not until I did a trial spin on my indoor spin bike I realized I need to go a size down I call this BA some the one at Coral Springs didnt have the lower sizes and they have the size I need but because I tried the shoes on my cycling bike for a spin they wont take the shoes back "It would be hard to sale back" as stated by Bubba I would think they operate like Runners Depot where if the sneaker dont feel right after you really try them, they will take it back or exchange it, NO questions Every place cant be as great as Runners Depot Well anyways, the size 8 were never worn and I need to get the next size down which they do have. Bubba then said,"Ok, Ill have the truck send it to the Coral Springs location tomorrow for you to exchange them." "Hey, Bubba I have to work tomorrow can I just come to your place and do the exchange there today since Im available." "No, because you mentioned you got the shoes on sale and it would be easier to just do the whole exchange there we dont have a sale or we have the newer shoes here." "But Bubba arent the shoes you are shipping out the same model as a mentioned" "Yea but you bought them when they were on sale and we dont have those on sale..." I bought the shoes 2 DAYS AGO and he still just proceeded to just stated I should just do everything at the Coral Springs location because it would be easier He failed to mentioned that its NOT easier for me but Im sure easier for him Nevertheless I will definitely not deal with BA anymore after this exchange is completely

bike america 441 boca raton-their cutom service is really bad, tall thin gentlman was very unprofessional. very sterile customer service, all they want is your $$$$ and talk to you like you dont know anything about bike...but we are not all walk threw the door uneducated customers to take advantage of, actually a lot of us cyclist are very knowlegeble and have been riding longer than this new crew of employees that now work their...i went to jims bike shop on powerline as busy as they were unlike bike america the with 3 people standing around (wounder why ??) jims bike shop jt spent 20 minutes on research on a better part for me to order from then instead of just trying to unload 1 itiem left on the shelf to get rid of, i think bike america in boca is getting worse not better, after their old manager left i just found its better to drive a little further and deal with experienced people who care about the people that walk threw their door not their wallet...like bike america in boca jims bicycle in deerfield also had a new manager for the past 2 years but like tha last he is amazing,kind.inteligent,patient.hard working manager,....so even thow i live almost across the street from bike america in boca the 10 minute drive seem to be the educated consumer desicion for me

I purchased my first Specialized bike from BA (Coral Springs) last year and thought the manager there had a attitude when I brought the bike for free service, so now I decided to purchase my wife a Specialized and came to W.Boca , where Michael and Eric were very helpful and promised a free pair of pedals with the bike.I left a deposit and 2 days later when came to pick it up. I found the same manager from last year working here now , and he just REFUSED the deal and made it look like I made up the whole story. Well , I paid for the pedals and after spending about $4K with them , I hope to never step in a Bike America store again in my life. . In the end the f manager offer to help me with the pedals $. I dont need his HELP... would be nice if they just keep their word and dont make CUSTOMERS look like a jerks! Very unprofessional and rude. Stay away from them! Buy online for much le$$!!!!!!

Absolutely THE BEST bike purchasing experience ever. I had been researching bikes and on a whim stopped into this location. Im so glad I did! Everyone behind the counter was welcoming and professional. They answered all of my "beginner" questions so I was able to better assess what I needed. I had two price points for various parts of my bike purchase and Bubba kindly honered them. Bryan worked with the vender on the spot about the bike I was interested in, secured it, built it in the quoted time frame, and spent more than adequete time fitting the bike. He even helped me pick out shoes, and assembled a tire changing kit. From start to finish, Bubba and his staff made my bike purchase experience perfect. I am a customer for life! Thanks guys! My next win is for you, BA of West Boca!

Best bike shop around Boca, have you ever stop & think it might not be the store or the personal but some customers, we got the Idiots with a lot of money and if they dont get what they want when they want it immediately is a best service or about store That goes out to all the rich spoil brats out there driving Mercedes BMW with a silver spoon in It you know what!Gray store Gray service the solve my problem even though they didnt have a special tool they need it the wind in order 8 special order the tool so they can fix my bike that is customer-service at its best .

Bought a bike from this store and was offered 3 free tune ups. First tune up was done right and on time. Second tune up I was told to come back in a few hours, came back, bike was not done. Had to come back next day, and it was still not done, so the employe rushed truth it right in front of me. Took it home for a test drive, worse then it was. Ended up taking my tools and fixing it myself. When I came for the third tune up, same store, bike was not ready after 2 days, and tune up was terrible, half of the gears do not even switch. Look somewhere else for good service.

the store manager here has a horrible attitude and is very un professional , my advice is to go to jims on powerline and hillsborough , bike america orders from their own warehouse which is SLOW and limited jims can get parts next day and they are priced better + more selection after 3 weeks of my bike being there , them ordering the wrong parts 3 times i ended up taking my bike back and disputing their labor charges , and to top it off the manager tried to argue with me like it was my fault when i brought the bike in to make sure they ordered the right stuff

I had a problem with my specialized rear shock, I spoke with Bubba over the phone and he suggested I bring it in. Bubba was super-friendly and knowledgeable , he inspected my shock, performed some tests and was able to get it to function again. It was such a great experience and he really delivered excellent customer service. I am so glad I found this place as I will be going back for all of my future bike needs. I highly recommend Bubba & his team at this location for excellent & professional service. Thank you & keep up the great work! Moe
