I strongly suggest you dont shop with this company!! We ordered a modular sectional on Black Friday November 27, they called us on Dec 30 to tell us it wont be arriving until mid MARCH! They offered no discount, no help, and didnt seem to care. They told us we could pick something else (for delivery end Feb! 2 months after our order!) or cancel our order, or wait. We said we would try to find something else and the manager, Andrew, said to call back and ask for him. We called 1 hour later and the guy who answered the phone said "oh sure let me get Andrew I just saw him." Then he came back to the phone and sounded uncomfortable, saying, "Andrew seems to have stepped out of his office but he will call you back." Although this seemed like a contrived brush off I left my number. Its been 3 days, Ive called twice each day and they dont answer my call - Andrew did not return the call either. They have no conception of customer service and dont mind delivering furniture 4 months after the order date. Also, notice they are not certified with the better business bureau. Save your money and time and go with someone else for your furniture needs!!

The dresser my mother (Keri Smith) ordered back in March was not delivered until May 18th. Upon receipt - it was damaged. She was promised a new one would be delivered to her in a timely fashion. It was delivered today after another month and this one is also damaged. The truck driver pointed out the damages to her because they were so apparent and he took it back with him. She has called the customer service number 3 times today and the service have received has been so horrible - no one would help her resolve this or connect us to someone who could help. She was even hung up on once today when she called and when she called back the same man that answered the phone and hung up refused to connect her to someone else who could help her. At this point she would like her money back since after having gone through 2 separate defective/damaged dressers now for the one order placed almost 90 days ago. I feel that she is completely being taken advantage of by the staff. After having a stroke I have helped her with this process and am appalled at how she has been treated.

I should have read the reviews regarding customer service before ordering. Our home burnt down on Mothers Day and we are in temporary housing. We ordered a bedroom set for our son to be delivered to the temporary home. The company refuses to send the order unless we contact our credit card company with the temporary address. Doing that would play havoc with our already chaotic life. We expect to be back in our home in less than 6 months therefore we have changed nothing: our mail is temporarily forwarded, we have the same phone number. We provided Furniture Mart with the security code on the back of the card. They called us at our home, they wanted us to send them a check (hey our house burnt down, a check? Besides we dont use checks, not many people left who do). They still refuse to send the furniture AND YET they insist I send them an email to cancel the order. Not just poor customer service but a huge lack of compassion for a family in our position.

The products were exactly what I expected and good quality. The customer service was absolutely horrible. It took 5 weeks to get my order of an office desk and two stools when it states 2-4 weeks. When it finally arrived the top to the desk was missing(the biggest and most important piece). It took them another 4 and a half weeks to get the top to the desk to us. So it took 9.5 weeks from the day I ordered to get everything. I asked for compensation and they offered me some pillows and a throw or 10% refund on just the desk. I asked for 10% on my entire order but they said they couldnt because the stools came on time. What am I going to do with two stools and no desk?! Pay the little extra money for a different company because you never know when you will really get your order. Wayfair had the same desk for $100 more but guaranteed delivery in 2 weeks. Should have gone with Wayfair.

Placed one large order that took a while but eventually came. Decided to try it one more time and ordered a couple of items (all from the same bedroom set) and its been close to 6 weeks and still nothing. They have told me it was on backorder, but the backorder date came and went and still no furniture. I am also pretty sure this is the same website/place as furtniturepick ( I called one time and the guy answered furniturePICK instead of furniture CART, and the websites look similar). They probably run one at higher prices so that you order from the other and think you got a great deal. If you are willing to wait a couple of months for furniture you might get away with using this place, but its almost not worth it for the 100 or 200 you will save...you will waste time calling this place and keeping track of the order.

The "too good to be true prices" are just that. My husband and I ordered a sofa from them and after calling once a week for 3 weeks to make sure the shipping was going through (I was confused because there was a previous charge on the credit card and then it was gone), I was assured each time that the order was going through and should be shipped on the second week. Week 4 I left another voicemail - because no one will pick up the customer service line you have to leave a voicemail and wait to be called back - only to receive an email that the manufacturer had cancelled the order. I called the manufacturer personally and they assured me the item was still in stock and there was no valid reason for them to have cancelled my order. Huge waste of time.

Furniturecart has been great to work with! We’ve moved into new house which has been stressful enough and to be able to order some furniture and not have to worry about it is just how it should be. Dining set, comfy sectional for the family room, sofa & love seat for living room, bedroom sets for kids and us. Got bulk discount, prices are unbeatable. Everything was delivered last weekend and set up. Planning to get bar for the basement in January after my tax return. I recommend this company to all my friends. They do deliveries on weekends, very convenient. Thank you Furniturecart. So once again, thanks again for providing a good, reliable and smooth service.

I was a little nervous about buying because the price was almost too good to be true. I am very pleased with the set, everything was legit. I had no issues with shipping at all, it was delivered in approx. 4 weeks as the site stated. Arrived PACKAGED VERY WELL and protected. I felt the customer service was friendly, they called to let me know that it was about to ship. I would suggest that buyers read all of the terms and FAQs on this site. This seller spells everything out for you so there should be NO surprises if you ever had to return anything etc. KNOW the rules before you buy. Great sofa, best price online, very satisfied.
