First, let me say that I browsed around on the internet when I stumbled across Creative Dinettes. I perused for a while and bookmarked the site for later. When I had more time, I browsed and found what I believed to be an appropriate set for my kitchen. I liked the pattern and sent an inquiry for pricing. Within 24 hours, I had my quote. I wanted to see the set before ordering and because I live in Philly, I had to decide between going to the Deptford or Warminster location. I figured Id go to the Warminster store. I walked around for a while without being harassed and was approached by Harvey who explained to me the customization process. I wasnt aware that I could pick the fabric! How had I missed that tidbit? I got really excited. We went to the catalog and I saw chairs that were different from the one on the internet. I asked Harvey about them and he assured me I could pick them instead. Bottom line, I never saw the actual table but was more excited about the custom chairs. I got to choose to bevel the glass for the table top, I even chose the finish of the legs for the table and chair. Harvey asked if I had kids in the house and told me that I could have the fabric treated to prevent stains. What could be better? I left the deposit with an assurance that it would be ready in 4-6 weeks. At the end of the 4 week wait, I called and inquired of the order status. I was told that all had been received with the exception of the table top. Within a couple of days, I received the call that my set would be delivered on Saturday. I had to make a run to pick my daughter up and called ahead and was assured that it would be ok to leave and I was given a 2 hour delivery window which was honored. The delivery men were courteous and professional. The brought in the set, set it up and even knocked on my door when they realized they forgot to hand me the warranty card to mail in for my 10 year warranty. I mention this because they could have just left it in the door but the fact that he took the time to ring my bell to put it in my hand was very much appreciated. I highly recommend this store. You will get exactly what YOU want and not just what someone has on a showroom floor. No one you know will have the exact same set as you, guaranteed! The personnel from the store to delivery are extremely personable, knowledgeable, and professional. I would give them 6 stars if permitted.

Wow! We were treated so well by Tim and George Jr. (owners). We had a challenge in color selection and they helped make sure we got what we needed/ would work for us in our tight space and that we were happy with the furniture we ordered. The delivery men were professional and careful/respectful as well. Thank you for sticking to your golden rule of treating customers as you would like to be treated- it makes a difference! Would highly recommend Creative Dinettes!
