Look, I get it. Retailers dont want to be responsible for defective manufacturer products so they generally offer no guarantees on the equipment you buy. But I bought an $80 battery from them. Used it perfectly fine. Next day it was dead, from what I would guess from being charged overnight? Told me tough luck, out my $80. I felt like I was robbed, sorry. Honestly, I would have been better off not even walking in. Their product knowledge was extremely limited, they didnt really care if I got what I asked for, as they told me three times they didnt carry items that I found IN THEIR DISPLAY CASES SHORTLY THEREAFTER. The unit I bought, they said they never saw any complaints on it. I quickly found a gazillion complaints in less than a minute, mainly involving how the battery shorts out quickly on charge. According to them they make sure all the products they stock are quality. I have had many bad vape shop experiences. This was easily the worst.

Wasnt what I expected. They have a good variety, but are overpriced on allot of glass, and mark up there Chinese glass way to much. Other the that had friendly service, and greeted me as I entered.

Needed a butane refill and found it here. Had a good experience. There are restrictions on minors entering but I forget the specifics at the moment.
