So, I finally decide to check out what the hype is all about. As I walk to the front of the store, which coincidentally remind me of the red light district in Amsterdam, I expect a small, shady shop with an old hippie greeting me when I swing open that door. Boy, was I wrong. First of all, Im astounded by the variety this store has. As I take my first step into the store, my eyes immediately widen with awe. I dont know that much about glass art, but even I can definitely tell that there were some high end pieces located throughout the store. I mean, these guys carry Roors and Hurricanes like its nothing. (On my first visit, I got to hold a golden Hurricane for the first time in my life. Most of the stores Ive previously been to do not even carry those brands.) Not just the high end ones, but they also had a lot of nice pieces for okay prices. Okay, I take that back. I mean, their prices were freakin AWESOME. I got myself a nice glass-on-glass piece and some accessories, and came out to be a little over a hundred. they threw in some sample hemp rope (Bee Line or something like that), and I got some discount on my bag. heck yeah. Secondly, the atmosphere. If you visit the store at the right time, youll be able to hit a few puffs at that hookah. Those guys use Starbuzz (Im not sure about the spelling) sheesha (?) to light it up. Mmm, tasty. Everyone was really friendly and helpful, and they had a very cozy atmosphere. Lastly, I like hanging out at that place cuz I see a lot of cute chicks checking out costumes and sex toys most of the time I visit. The only downside of this shop would be that its for over 18 only. I couldnt sneak in my friends who were under age and I had to come back at a later time. They card you pretty strictly. So, for these reasons, I would like to highly recommend this store to all the smart consumers out there. besides, this shop is just cool.

You know I saw the reviews about the customer service there and I didnt have any bias going in because last time I went an African American gentleman helped me and couldnt be nicer. Today, however, some dirty long haired guy had a bad attitude from hello. I hate it when another employee answers the same questions and helps you, but another cant and makes you seem like youre the dumb one. I needed a coup for my vape and didnt know the specs but last time the guy looked at my vape asked me how many watts I vape at and installed it for me. This guy couldnt help me unless I told him exactly which wattage and ohms coil I needed. Then just had an attitude when asking questions about the juices and prices. No One else was there as far as customers. A lot of smoke shops have people like this and its funny cause when they get a job in another business or industry theyll learn that that attitude doesnt fly.

I had a great experience with this shop. Monique was a great help as well with lots of patience. I came in with questions on a product and before leaving she solved them all. Especially making sure the product worked flawlessly before letting me leave. Friendly environment and a definite visit in the future. Thanks a lot!!!

Ive been in there a few times, the first time out of sheer curiosity and after that because they have really neat random stuff and the people that work there are helpful, patient and nice even when they have to explain what all that stuff is and how you would use it ;-)

This is seriously the best smoke shop Ive been to. Great selection and an awesome mixing bar with really great and creative flavors of tobacco. They have a great reward program as well.
