Bought a water piece with hairline cracks on stem very hard to see until cleaning, had receipt and not even a discount offered on next item. Also purchased a vape battery to have it stop working 12 days later. Again no refund or discount offered on replacement item. I then tried to buy a new one for them to have marked up the price $5. I just feel like they can keep priced low because lets face it, they also know they have off the wall products passing as quality. If youve ever been in a quality shop and see the price you know what youre paying for, I am just shocked at how cheap these particular guys are.

almost every thing I look for in a smoke shop can be found here. The prices are the best anywhere in the area. The only thing Ive gone infor and havent found is white sage. That Ive been assured will soon be remedied.
