We have been doing business with the Flemington Dealerships for some time. We just purchased the new Subaru Crosstrek. Our last purchase was last year in March when we purchased a 2012 Nissan 370z Nismo. I called the Subaru dealer and spoke with Bob Geissler to make sure the Crosstrek was available. I told him the time I was stopping in. He had a delivery at that time, however he said anyone can help me. Wow I thought, thats a change, he is not insisting to get the sale rather putting me first and allowing someone else to help me. We looked at the Crosstrek and we were excited to talk to someone. Luckily Bob was available. Bob gave me the keys and my wife and I took the vehicle for a road test and we liked it. Once we returned, Bob spoke more about the car. He was very honest and always very polite. Bob is not pushy at all (typical no pressure atmosphere at any Flemington Car truck Country dealerships) Bob was concerned to the fact that this Crosstrek was a manual transmission. He insisted that we should road test the automatic version. However, there was not an auto one available. So, Bob brought up an Impreza sport auto (the Crosstrek is basically a lifted Impreza) After road testing the Impreza Auto trans I decided that I preferd the manual transmission. So, Bob gave us more information about the Crosstrek. All the time he was never pushy in anyway. We went home to sleep on it and returned the next day to buy it. We were given a fair price on a vehicle that is in high demand. All of Flemington Car dealerships operate pretty much the same. No pressure sales, easy to purchase. Flemington Subaru is no different. We are very pleased by the staff. From the DMV fees to selling the price, everything was explained thoroughly. Unlike many other dealerships, there are no hidden fees. Everything is in writing and explained. The finance manager was thorough and didnt rush us in anyway. Glenn made financing the Crosstrek very simple. He was also very polite. This dealership reminds me of a the "Mom and Pop" store. Its a nice traditional way of car buying. The way it should always be. When we picked up the car, all was great. The car was clean. Also, to my surprise Bob Geisssler, our sales person not only went over the owners manual but he actually spent a lot of time going over all the features of the car; impressive. Although we already knew most of the function of the car (internet research), my wife and I truly enjoyed listening to Bob go through the features of the car. I guess you could say this is something that is to be expected when buying a vehicle at Flemington Car and truck country. My wife and I have had horror experiences in the hands of other car dealerships. Its nice to see that there are still car dealerships out there who truly care about their customers. Also I just want to mention that this dealership although has a small indoor showroom, they had a good selection of many Subaru vehicle models on their lot. This dealership has ample parking and is very clean inside and outside. We are very happy we purchased our Subaru from this dealership. Annie and Jason

My old car was 10 years old, and since my needs had changed since my last purchase, I needed a vehicle that would allow me to carry more than my old car was capable of carrying. My research led me to the Subaru Forester and Flemington Subaru. We were greeted by Alex Leist, who listened to our needs, answered all of our questions and set us up for a test drive. It was the first time we were ever allowed to test drive a new car without the salesman being present. When we decided this was the vehicle for us, Alex led us through the buying process without a hitch. There was no pressure at any time. The price we were quoted was very fair, and we received top dollar for my ten year old trade in. The car was ordered, and arrived in an amazing four weeks time! The process of finalizing the payment and picking up the car was just as easy as setting up the initial test drive. Finance manager Glenn Clark guided us through the paperwork and made the process one of the easiest car buying experiences weve ever had! Alex checked up on us a couple of days after the sale to make sure everything was going well and to answer any questions we might have had. These folks are real professionals and are wonderful to deal with. In all my 60 plus years Ive never had a car buying experience this pleasurable! My wife will be needing a new car in the next few years, and were headed right back to Flemington Subaru. I would highly recommend them to anyone!

Well, I bought my first Subaru (Forester) 9 years ago from Flemington Subaru and never forgot how easy Rick Hungerford was to work with on the purchase. Also, over the past nine years I have driven 40 minutes each way to use their service department for several reasons: They go above and beyond to check the car even when I get an oil change. There were several times that what seemed to be a major problem turned out to be a broken bolt or the fact that the battery was not secured properly (not by them). Other dealerships may not have been as honest with their customers, but Flemington Subaru Service Department has always taken the time to explain any issues and their level of importance. So when it was time for a new car, I admit that I was curious about other crossovers since it had been 9 years since I was in the market for a new car, so I went shopping. I walked out of 3 dealerships and the others just would not let go with the "high pressure" sales tactics and constant calls and emails. I called Rick and in a 5 minute phone conversation, we were done!!! I ended up buying an XV Crosstrek and I absolutely love it...I have and will continue to recommend Flemington Subaru for both sales and service!! Sometimes its not the amount of time that you travel for sales and service, its the quality and attitude that counts most...

Platinum Level Customer Service Alex Leist & Flemington Subaru know how to treat people with honesty & respect. I had originally started dealing with a competitor and was ready to buy a new Subaru Crosstrek. I left work early and headed over to the competitor. After sitting there for over an hour waiting for the salesman to go back and forth with his manager, my patience was wearing thin. This was my second visit there and they clearly did not keep any records of what had been discussed during my first visit. It was evident that the treatment I received on the second visit with this competitor was significantly worse due to the fact that I had gone there by myself and not with my husband. After walking out of the competing dealership, I called Alex Leist and made my way over to Flemington Subaru just before closing time. Alex demonstrated everything I expect and appreciate from a knowledgeable, no-nonsense, reputable dealership. Within 15 minutes, we had agreed on a fair price for both a new Crosstrek as well as my trade in. I was not treated any differently because my husband wasnt there with me. I have been a loyal Subaru owner for almost 30 years now and thanks to the exceptional customer service I received from Alex & Flemington Subaru, I have forged a new loyalty!
