Horrible service. I have had my ring sent off about five times to get fixed because the jewel was loose. Sent it off thinking it was fixed and no the jewel came out. I have sent it back to be fixed multiple times now and it is like they havent even touched it. They were suppose to replace the ring a long time ago too and they didnt do that either. People were nice there but you can get no help. Now with my wedding being days away I basically cant wear my ring unless I want the jewel to fall out in the ceremony. Never EVER buy from this place!!!

Terrible, they ran my information in their promos checking my credit score several times with out my consent. The necklace I purchased was very low quality. Diamond fell out. Then it is a hassle to get it replaced, I ended up taking it to another jewlerys to get it fixed.
