Customer service was friendly and polite but dont expect a deal when you walk in. Pay the price posted type of place and seem poor at making sure the customer is satisfied. Some prices may seem low but the quality of glass is poor. I bought a piece and used it maybe a total of 5 times. Heated my nail up and the glass couldnt handle it. Just a sudden burst and the glass was shattered. This was the same day I bought the piece.. I returned the next day and got no sympathy at all. The policy is understandable with no refunds but I asked if there was anything we could do to fix the issue and the response I got will prevent me from ever buying anything there again. 2 stars simply because they were nice. Nice isnt always going to fix the issue. A discounted new piece could have worked or a suggestion for preventing the glass to break but a sorry tells me "the glass just stinks you get what you get." That shouldnt be the way it works in this customers opinion. Never going back and never would suggest this shop to anyone.

So went to this place to buy a Vape and Im new to vaping so I had some questions. They (mother & daughter) didnt want to answer them at all but had no problem giving me attitude the whole time. Bought a Vape on my own knowledge but Right when I unpacked it the coil leaked and the other was defective. Went in to see if they could help me out show me how to assemble and replace things but AGIAN got bitchy attitude...never going there to get my juice or cigs nothing.... hope they close

BEST GLASS SELECTION IN TOWN, HANDS DOWN!!!! Especially for any budget, they have low end, HIGH END BRAND NAME and everything in-between, awesome shop, with excellent and very competitive pricing, even compared to the internet. Manager is more than accommodating of any vapors needs, be it a newbie or a advanced vapor like myself with too many tanks mod RBAs and such they still have something for me! Good selection of brand name e-juices as well!!!
