I do not like the service they have I buy an equinox 2012 in cash and they left to send my plates to my house and they never sent them to me and they were missing 5 days to expire the paper ones and they did not even have the title of the car and I left Paid for a year of plates and only removed it for two months. Their service is very lousy the car was delivered DIRTY and without gas very very bad service.

I wish I could give them NO stars. I was all set to give them a great review because they made my buying experience so nice, but they sold us a straight up jacked car. Went to buy a Mitsubishi Montero Sport 2003 that was advertised. My husband drove it around and noticed it smoked and had a weird smell. The salesman, Rod, popped the hood and said it was a valve gasket that needed to be replaced and that if we paid them $150 cash (outside the sale of the car) theyd get it fixed. So we did. Everything else seemed clean, had a clean Carfax report. Picked the car up on a Friday (I dealt with Oscar, who was very nice). CAR STOPPED WORKING ON TUESDAY. Had it towed to the repair shop where they had a helluva time getting it to start due to electrical issues. Found out that the radiator and the head gasket were bad. Getting it repaired would cost $3125. We only paid $3981 for the truck! Called H&R, had Oscar tell my husband that, basically, it wasnt their problem. ???!!! First of all, my mechanic said this is not a new issue. Second, when they popped the hood and did that repair we paid $150, there is no way their mechanic didnt know there were other issues. Third, the Carfax does not report this issue, and thats hard to believe being that this is not a new issue. Something is shady. All we want is for them to repair this truck. If not repair it, then buy it back for exactly what we paid for it. My husband is up there trying to get this done. Maybe, if they do the honorable thing, Ill change the rating. But Im thinking they are exactly as the rest of the 1-star reports on this Google review say.

BEWARE!! These people are wolves in sheeps clothing! They misrepresent the info of their cars and THEN charge YOU for the "repairs." Theyll also make you sign boatloads of paperwork to protect themselves from their schemes (PLEASE READ THE CONTRACT---dont let them just tell you!!) They might seem nice and professional and act like they are looking out for your interests but theyre not! They are crooked individuals who want to make money! They sold a car to me with a bad catalytic converter (they cleared the check engine light which came back the day AFTER I blindly bought it. NO REFUNDS, they told me); they then turned around and said theyll do me a "service" and fix the problem if I get the car inspected and pay THEM half of the repair quote and theyll "cover" the rest. LIES! Theyll use your money (probably just half) for the "repair" and pocket the rest! TIPS: *BRING A MECHANIC!! Check every INCH of the car...especially the converter. *Read EVERY WORD of paper they ask you to sign *Make sure anything they promise to fix or cover is WRITTEN in the contract Note: If you live in MD, just bcuz the car "passed" VA inspection (they probably pay the inspectors off) doesnt mean itll pass MD, BE CAREFUL!

If you looking to buy a car from this dealer, and you want honest and thorough explanation of details I strongly recommend you to ask for OSCAR, if you deal with Oscar your satisfaction is guaranteed. I live in Atlanta Ga, when I saw 2003 Nissan Murano that I want from this dealer, I went through the reviews and the name that stood out was OSCAR, when I phoned and ask for Oscar, we work through little details and information, when I met Oscar he did not disappoint the nicest and the most helpful salesperson you can ever deal with, he help me out a lot, I bought the car with smooth and easy transaction, considering I will drove to Georgia, Oscar did oil change, tires and even put gas in the car. Oscar is all you need to get what you want. I recommend OSCAR to everyone thinking of going to H&R autos in Arlington Va. Many people complain of the dealer not keeping the vehicle for you, Oscar kept the car for me for 3 days without any deposit while I travel from Atlanta. Deal with Oscar. *****OSCAR*****

I bought a 2006 Audi A3. The car looked great and seemed like a great deal, but unfortuantely was a nightmare buy. The salesmen will tell you LIES just so they can dump their problems on you. The salesmen Vladimir told me the car was in great condition with no problems. I ended up buying the car trusting him and as soon as I left the LOT the CAR HAD PROBLEMS!!! The car began to flash a bunch of lights and had a MISFIRE IN THE CYLINDER. I took the car back and he told me everything was fixed, again i trusted him, and not even 30 minutes the check engine light came on and I called back and he did not want to fix it. After that I drove the car home, opened my hood and found that they did not bother to even reconnect the Air intake, the car needed a voltage regulator and Master air flow sensor which is costing me a 900 repair that they DO NOT WANT TO COVER!!! THESE GUYS ARE CROOKS DO NOT BUY FROM THEM, THEY WILL LIE AND TELL YOU WHAT YOU WANT TO HEAR THEN SCREW YOU OVER!!
