Let me start off by saying I work in the customer service field for a very large company so creating good experiences for customers is something I do daily. Everything at Eagle Automotive went pretty smooth from start to finish. Minor hiccup with the guy I originally spke to regarding the vehicle I purchased quitting his job in the middle of everything did make me a little uncomfortable but I dealt with it. A man name Bryan kindly filled his spot. Bryan is kind and responsive and replied to me via text quite often with any questions I had regarding the purchase. He asked that I brought cash for the deal vs cashier’s check. I obliged even though this option did not make me comfortable. We completed the sales everything was good. I got my inspection Completed out of State MD ( he offered to me to pay the out of state inspection cost. This I happily accepted) About 1 week later got my hard tags and Nov 18th He said he would send me the money for the inspection. By Dec. 11th still no check. I texted him asking about it and long and behold it was the first time he did not reply within 24 hours. So I finally called the dealership spoke to him and he said he forgot to reply to my text. And he said he would send it out. Dec. 16th still nothing so i decided this would be part of my review

I bought a used 2012 Acura TL SH-AWD from Eagle Automotives. I will be honest, when I first arrived at the dealer, I did not have a good impression as it does not look fancy like the bigger, franchise dealers. I thought to myself: "Man, this car that I am about to look at is probably sketchy". I was wrong. As soon as I stepped through the door and met Hamlet and Guillermo, that initial bad impression and thought vanished. They were very professional and courteous, and the car was in excellent condition. I test drove the car and it was a blast. They also helped me with financing and the paper work process was done extremely quickly when I decided to buy the car (the paper work process took like 30 mins). I took the car to my mechanic a few days after the purchase, and besides some minor things (the fuse for the power outlets was out, and the right rear door panel was re-painted), the car is SOLID. The price for the car was also the lowest for that model and mileage for the entire East Coast. 2 thumbs up for Eagle Automotives. They really changed the way I look at smaller dealership: not fancy, but honest, ethical, and straight to the point. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for used cars that are in great condition and are reasonably priced!

This was my first experience with Eagle automotives. I learned of them through searching the internet for a particular car I was looking for, and they happened to have a potential keeper. I was very apprehensive at first, not knowing anyone at the dealer, or the area. I live about 40 minutes away. I called the dealership to confirm that the vehicle I was interested in was still there, and I spoke with the sales manager Amro Awadallah, who informed me that it in fact was still available. I said Id like to come on in and check it out, and he said, "Great. Itll be up front and ready for you when you get here." I cant say enough about Amro as my sales contact. He was absolutely outstanding. No slick sales gimmicks, no pressure, no attempts at manipulative ploys. Just great, accomodating service. I ended up purchasing the vehicle I was interested in, for a price that I was comfortable with. No hassles. Just civil, relaxed negotiations. Amro went above and beyond when I had questions about the car fax information. He was able to locate original service records from original owner, of which detail could not be matched... Unbelievable! Gave me complete peace of mind, which we all know, is close to priceless.

Ill start from the beginning, I was looking for a used Honda Pilot for months. After countless dealership visits I came across Eagle Automotive in Arlington. First off I will say they have a broad selection of vehicles, literally all types of models! They had the perfect 2013 Honda Pilot for our family, exactly the features I was looking for. The assistant manager named Hamlet let my husband and I go on a test drive and showed us literally EVERY part of the vehicle (under the hood and under the vehicle). We then started the closing process, I was planning on financing with my credit union so I could not close immediately. Hamlet still let us take the vehicle home to test it out and we brought the check for the car the next day! One of the easiest car purchases I have ever done. Great customer service, great selection of used vehicles and a great experience!! Will definitely return if I purchase another car in the near future. Thank you eagle automotive for giving my family our dream car!! :)

Flawless transaction!! I was very nervous buying a vehicle from someone I didnt know in a different state but Guillermo and his team were great!! He explained everything kept it simple in a laid back zero pressure atmosphere. I did not need financing and we did most of the transaction over the phone on friday. He held the truck for us then we drove 5 hours to Arlington on saturday to test drive, sign the papers he had ready for us and pick our truck up ....easy. Drove our new truck 5 hours to get home wheww that was a long day but worth it. LOL Our 2010 Expedition was just as he described. It was missing floor mats and Guillermos Dad is mailing a new set to our house!!! Very nice!! Thank you! He is truly a man of his word. Dont let the fact that he is a small car lot make you nervous they are super nice and run a great trustworthy business!! Thanks Eagle Automotives you are awesome we love our new truck we named her Pearl!!

I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a quality used car along with an honest friendly buying environment. No one breathing down your neck pushing you to buy a car here. I live in Maryland and since the inspection, tax, title, and tags were part of the purchase price so of course I couldnt take my VW Passat home the same day. My salesman Guillermo ("Nemo") offered me a loaner car until everything was taken care of and my car was ready to go. Not only that! The loaner car he gave me I ended up having a hard time turning the wheel on it because I have a little disability with my right arm. He went out of his way to get me a car I felt comfortable driving! Now you tell me where you get the kind of service where you feel like your friend just sold you a car? I have to say my oldest kid is about to start driving and this is where we will go to find her car. Thanks for everything "Nemo"

Through the USAA car buying service I was able to find a car that fit my needs and purchased a used car from Eagle Automotives. After a few weeks of driving the exhaust pipe broke open due to rust. My four cylinder hatchback now sounded like a muscle car! I contacted them and was able to come in on a short notice to have it repaired. I was not charged for labor but I did have to pay for parts which was a little over $100. They supplied me the direct invoice of the parts order so I knew they werent messing around with the price. Dropped it off in late morning and had it done by late afternoon. The mechanics are friendly and hard working. They were able to fit me in the schedule so I could have my car in and out. Overall a great experience and you will not regret purchasing a used car from them! Shout out to Hamlet for being so helpful with getting my car repaired!
