I purchased 2 vehicles from Sun Autos over the last decade. Here are the benefits I encountered with my transaction there. The vehicles were reliable and the customer service was very good. I purchased their bumper to bumper warranty ( for the life of the vehicle loan) and it was everything they promised. There was never a debate over what was covered and what wasnt ( the only items not included in the plan were tires and air conditioner). They always provided me with another vehicle if the labor took more than a few hours and the service was excellent. As far as the detriments: the vehicle was overpriced and unfortunately they do not report any on time payments to any credit bureau. So if you are trying to re-establish some good credit this is not the place.

This place was good years ago, now their downs are outrageous, sometimes being more than a vehicle is worth on kbb. When I bought here many years ago it was 50/week, but now according to people I know currently making payments to them its apparently 100/week. At 400 a month you might as well go lease a vehicle. Even with bad credit it will still be cheaper than that. They told me when I bought a vehicle that at the end of my loan theyd report a positive mark to my credit, its been years and nothings ever showed up. At least leasing will actually improve your credit. I had a pleasant experience with them during my two years of payments, but Ill never purchase from them again.
