I live in VA and spoke with a sales person at length about the condition of a 2010 Armada SUV. Sales person stated the SUV passed inspection certification in Maryland and would have no problem passing VA inspection. Also, I asked about any warning lights, recalls or safety issues involving the SUV and was told there were none. I requested pictures of all parts of the Armada, all showed well for a 2010, no major scratches or damage in pictures. Agreed to pay cash up front and have the SUV shipped for $200 dollars to my home. The four hour trip took their driver 7 hours. Once it arrived it had two large scratches on the drivers side...obviously cropped out from the pictures sent. Also, the SRS light blinks continuously, which indicates that the airbag system is faulty. The push button door locks do not work and the second row cup holders are broken. Unable to drive safely due to SRS warning light and I made it very clear this SUV would be transporting three young children. It also, has an open recall. Tried contacting dealer with no response, would have be willing to work something out, but unfortunately hiring lawyers out of MD to investigate. This business has violated federal laws that protect consumers. My girls were sooo excited to get this car after our Nissan Pathfinder was hit head on by an irresponsible driver and this experience has left us all broken and sad

Came across a 2015 Subaru Legacy at the dealership. Came from PA to take it for a drive on a Thursday. Fell in love and put a deposit on the vehicle. I have really bad credit and had my father consign for me. Our credit union wanted to give us a 6.6% apr and Dwayne and his team got us approved with a 1.99% apr. They guys here are easy to work with and definitely know how to make magic happen. Never thought Id get such great financing and a great price on a vehicle with my credit situation. Thank you everyone at US Auto Sales for helping me get into a vehicle I love after totaling my previous vehicle. Couldnt be happier!

Purchased a car and was notified the engine light was on. The mechanic resolved it, there was no issue. I waited to speak w/ the mechanic to find out the error code but he never returned from "lunch." On way home the oil light came on. Went to my mechanic to find the O2 sensor was taped to keep it from erroring, leaking oil pan, and needs oil flush to correct the oil light coming & to ensure the bearings dont go dry. Its a used car. There are cosmetic issues & a ton of miles on the odo but I would have liked to have driven it at least one day before paying out more money. Buyer beware.

US Auto Sales is very selective about allowing particular reviews to appear on line. My Niece purchased a 2010 Jeep Cherokee in late March, 2017. THE ENGINE LOCKED on July 9th. Both Courtney and Dwayne have been FIRED! Also Charles who sold her the car--he has been FIRED also! The owners are without morals and they purposely set out to make money off customers! DO NOT PURCHASE A VEHICLE FROM THESE FOLKS!
