I live over an hour from the dealership, so when I found a vehicle I was interested in purchasing, I reached out via e-mail to discuss what they would be willing to offer on my trade-in. I offered all of the pertinent details of my trade, along with what I was looking to finance total (I knew Id be including negative equity from my trade-in). After at least 6 back-and-forth e-mail exchanges, in which two different sales persons asked me to provide information I had already provided, or just didnt respond, I called the dealership. The sales person I spoke with was very helpful, and indicated theyd be able to offer "$9-$10k" for my trade, which was an acceptable range, so I made the trip. I test drove the vehicle I was interested in, and although the condition was not quite how it appeared online, I was comfortable with it. After asking the sales person if we could take a look at what theyd be willing to offer for my trade, he asked for some information to complete "appraisal forms". Included in this information was my social security number, which I expressed concern over providing just to get a trade-in offer. Since I assumed Id be purchasing the vehicle, which would require my SSN eventually, that was fine - although still not normal practice - Ive never been asked to provide my SSN prior to initiating a credit check. The sales person collected some information, then went to speak with the sales manager. Both returned, and the sales manager asked what I was looking to finance. I told him (the same figure I had provided to the sales person I spoke to via phone, who indicated it was feasible), and he said we were too far apart. He said he would be able to sell my trade-in for $7-$8k; according to Kelly Blue Book and NADA, my trade-in was worth about $11k, with the retail value being about $14k. I explained to him that I had spoken with someone over the phone who indicated a much higher value, more in line with what I had found. His response was "Im the manager, so Im the one who makes the offer". Although their figures were WAY off, I have no problem with not being able to reach a deal. What infuriates me is that I was lured there under the impression that a deal was possible, when in fact it was nowhere close to possible. Dont waste your time!

Car buying was decent, 3 days of having vehicle, touchscreen starting acting crazy. I spent 3 pissed off days trying to get this issue resolved. First i was told by there service dept. (If thats what u want to call it) that they dont repair touchscreen and that i should take it to dealer ir someone who has experience with touchscreen problems. Car still under warranty and temp. tags still showing on the ass end of this vehicle, being told to take somewhere else. I get a call from their manager to bring the car back and they will take care of my radio touchscreen issue. They give me a rental, im relieved to know something is being done. First im told that the car would be going to a chevy dealership for repairs and then im told by someone else that the car is in there service dept. being repaired and i should get the car back later that day. Now i was just told earlier in the week when i brought the car to their service dept.that they didnt do that type of work. (Replacing or repairing radios). Now im wondering are they breaking my dash apart to replace the unit, if they dont do that type of work. Long story short. I was told that they installed a brand new unit, no way i believed. These units cost $1000 plus, cant see them spending that in a used vehicle. Anyway got car back, radio worked a good 2 weeks, NOW I HAVE NO FM STATIONS!!. Only one fm station comes in clear all the rest sound like AM Stations. Pissed again!! Never will i deal with or refer them to any of my friends! !!!!!

About two weeks ago, I had the best experience at Antwerpen Auto World. My used car unexpectedly went up and I had to choose between getting it fixed or buying something new. Of course my husband said go ahead and get something better to eliminate the stress. Im happy with the purchase of my Maxima. The entire team was very polite and helpful. From the ladies who answered the phones when I called a million times, to the people who detailed the cars that my husband and I ended up leaving with. Kenny was our sales person and he was so professional, knowledgeable and kind. In the past Ive experienced pushy sales people. Not Kenny or the team who worked with him. My husband and I told him what we were comfortable with and the finance team and Kenny made sure that we both got super low interest rates and drove off in not one, but two gorgeous cars that are now parked in front of our brand new home. Due to the professional attitude of that entire team and Kenny. My husband and I will only be purchasing vehicles from Antwerpen. This team deserves a huge shout out! So thank you all at Antwerpen Auto World. Im a happy nurse and now I dont have to worry about getting stuck trying to go take care of my patients.

POS dealership. If I can give negative stars I would. First and foremost I called a few hours before I told the sales person that I am interested in a vehicle on their lot and when I showed up he couldnt find the vehicle. He finally found the vehicle bc one of the managers had it and was using it as his POV. Then when I got in it to test drive the vehicle it was filthy. Trash all over the car, shorts in the back seat, and dirty socks in the front. Not to mention the online ad stated it had 16,400 miles but the odometer read 18,053. That tells me the manager was driving that vehicle longer than a few days. The last straw came down to pricing. It was listed for one price and then when I mentioned Im paying cash or have my own financing the price jumped up over $1000. POS dealership and horrible customer service. Ill advise anyone to avoid this dealership at all cost. Pay a little extra at a known dealership where you have some kind of integrity. At the end of the day you get what you pay for and Im glad I experienced what I did to avoid any future headaches of the car having any issues. I hope this helps another Good Samaritan from waisting their time and money.

First impressions the dealership does look a little sketchy it used to be a old Chevrolet dealer & still has the sign my initial thoughts were it looks like a pop up shop someone just threw together. Overall the staff is relatively young (younger than 25) which my mother who was with me was skeptical about & when we walked in most if not all of the salesman were just sitting around on their phones or watching TV, I kind of wanted to leave but it was the 3rd dealership I had been to that day & they had a better price on a new car than the other two places. My salesman was Tavon Pittman he was young, had only been at the location 1 month & only been a salesman altogether less than a year so I wasnt too confident in him. He let me test drive immediately after a few hours I was approved & drove off with my 2012 altima Ive only had it a week but no problems so far ..the staff was friendly for the most part but first impressions are everything I suggest they remodel make it look like a place people would want to spend money
