Really disappointed with the service we received when we went in to look at a new vehicle. We are a repeat customer and our experience the first time we bought our vehicle was great. I am not sure what has happened but it was a very uncomfortable from the moment we arrived. None of the sales team is very educated regarding the vehicles they sell. We had asked how much a vehicle could tow and were told 3 different weight amounts. I would have expected them to go the extra mile and find a correct answer considering that this was our deciding factor on the vehicle we were going to purchase. Then when we sat down to go over prices, the sales manager had looked at the vehicle we were going to trade. She stated that we needed all new tires on the vehicle and that our vehicle was spraying brake fluid so it was going to need quite a bit of work so they would be deducting a large amount from the trade in. At this point we walked out because we had just had 3 new tires placed on the vehicle and new brakes. The next day we took our vehicle to be serviced to make sure there was not a issue and were insured that our vehicle was fine and were not given truthful information from the dealership. I honestly feel like for whatever reason the Dodge dealership was basically trying to give us a bad deal on the trade and new vehicle. I have no trust in this dealership now and will not be returning. I rather go to a different Dodge dealership then ever go her again.

Called inquiring about a used 2014 vehicle with only 20,xxx miles on it, obviously expecting it to be a very clean car with minimal wear and tear. After calling and speaking to a lady who answered a few questions reassuring me it was very clean and had a clean carfax, we made the 1.5 hour drive from Pennsylvania. As soon as the salesman walked us out to the car, he told us the price was because of some light dings which were never disclosed before we made the long trip. After walking around, we also discovered at least $2,000 worth of body damage where it was obviously in multiple accidents and at least one or two of the body panels needed completely replaced and repainted. We let the salesman know of our frustration and he told us to come inside and make an offer. As tempted as I was to walk out, I still made an offer and he tried to convince me that it was still worth NADA "Clean" retail value which wasnt at all what the car was worth. We expressed our frustration and not once did a manager bother to come out to discuss the issue with us even though there was not one other customer in the showroom. I have worked at 3 different car dealerships in sales and not one of them would even consider putting that new of a car on the lot with that damage ESPECIALLY not disclosing it when you have a customer coming from another state. Came home very frustrated having wasted a whole evening in my busy schedule and will never refer anyone to this dealer.

Len Stoler Jeep, Service Department, Westminster, Md. My wife and I both own jeeps. I previously did most of the service on those vehicles because I know how to and I am really picky about who touches them. Just about over a year now, I have been taking my vehicles to the service department at jeep. At first I was a little apprehensive, but after the most amazing service that has been provided to me, I completely trust this service department to work on my vehicles. First, they are honest and I know this because I have a great deal of knowledge about cars. Second, their prices are fair. Third, and very important, they are ethical and stand behind their work. Finally, most importantly, they are honest and are trying to do the best possible job. Give them a chance, you wont regret it!

Great experience. Friendly customer service. Went there interested in an $11k car, they didnt hesitate to show us a much cheaper but comparable $6.5k car without us even having to ask. We found the cheaper one to be a great deal and at no point did they try to push us into the more expensive option just to make more money, which is fantastic to see salespeople who arent pushy just to make a bigger commission. They even had no problem with applying a TrueCar discount to the cheaper car. I knew what financing I wanted and what rate I wanted, they didnt try to convince me to run my credit over and over looking at other options as well. I went in, got a great deal, got the financing I wanted, the rate I wanted, and the loan length I wanted with zero hassle. Highly recommended!

I have not purchased a new vehicle since 1998 so was a little over whelmed until I went to Len Stoler Chrysler, Dodge & Jeep. From the minute we walked on the lot until we drove off the lot with our new Jeep have we ever been treated with more respect, kindness, understanding and sincerity. Our sales person, Nick Corprew was very knowledgeable, polite and personable. He met every question with an answer no matter how many times we ask. The manager, Dwayne Burke, worked with us to get us the best trade in value for my car and best price on our new vehicle. Curt Peeling, the business manager, again very knowledgeable and understanding with all our questions. If you need a vehicle please do not miss the opportunity to have a pleasant experience upon buying one.

Good overall experience. Sales manager was frank about his need to sell a particular used truck, offered me above Blue Book for my trade. Negotiations did not involve any tricks or chicanery, just told him what I wanted out of the deal and we reached an agreement rather quickly. Chip, I believe, is his name. Salesman Jake was a sharp young man who knew Ram trucks, and was also honest with no tricks you may see at other area dealers. If you see something that you like on their lot, you are safe to go in and ask about it. They do not hold on to your license any longer than needed to make a copy, dont temporarily "misplace" your trade-in keys, none of the stunts you may find at other dealers. I recommend LS Dodge/Ram, ask for Jake.

I looked around at various dealerships near my home in southeast PA but ended up going 120 miles to get the Jeep I wanted at a great price. Tara is fantastic and really went the extra mile to help me get a deal that I am comfortable with and Jake did a great job helping finalize the paperwork. My local dealers didnt seem very knowledgeable about the incentives available and didnt really seem to care about my business but the team at Len Stoler answered all of my questions and made all of the difference. The firecracker red Trailhawk might be a tad ostentatious but it is perfect. I would highly recommend anyone looking for a Jeep to at least check them out and do an online inquiry. It was well worth the 2 hour drive for me.

I recently purchased a used vehicle from Len Stoler and experienced the WORST customer service ever. The final price of the car included a repair that was not done 100%. The car was given to me with no gas in the tank (even though they told me they would fill it before I picked it up). I was never told that it didnt come with a second key. I was told that I would have to buy another key and no explanation was given for the repair not being done while I am still paying for it! I tried e-mailing and calling the GM with no response after TWO weeks. I will NEVER purchase another vehicle from them again. I dont know if this is the service they offer to new car buyers, but I wouldnt risk it.
